Sometimes you have to wonder why people attempt to rebuild their own things if they are just going to hack them up. The 3/8 bolt made me cringe right when you mentioned it. Good luck, looking forward to the next installment
When I rebuilt my grizzly 350 the wrist pin I had to use my hammer drill to hammer it out 😂 i blew it up again and just got a new motor recently for $200. I’m gonna build a 1of1 grizzly 450 now with warrior and raptor 350 parts gonna send someone a stroker warrior crank and my blow crank and have them switch the connecting rods. Also looking for a warrior head and a flat slide carb. Mainly as a F you to previous me and what I now know 😂
@@RCBGarage I’m currently rebuilding a 2004 raptor 350 (splitting the case and all) (failed oil pump… yea :/) could I email you some photos to get your opinion on something?
@@RCBGaragesir, I haven’t gotten around to email you. My raptor 350 has a Weisco connecting rod. Where the piston wrist pin meets the rod there is a “bushing” bronze. And it spins… everything I’m reading shows it should not. Do you know?
@Evadingmoto I have seen bronze bushings in connecting rods. Some engines have it but most don’t. Low compression low RPM engines seam to be where they are. Check the specs on the rod and go from there.

Yup, but I have to admit it’s entertaining for me seeing some of hackery some people do!
