I've been trying to incorporate more protein into my diet and what better way to do it than in your morning coffee! With 30 grams of protein and only 1 gram of sugar this is the perfect way to start your day! If you don't like it too sweet, you can always split the shake in half and use it for two coffees. If you don't like your coffee watered down I'd suggest trying to freeze your coffee to make ice cubes ❤️

This has been a complete lifesaver I am on a liquid diet for two weeks to get prepared for surgery and this has been the absolute only way I can get anything in in the morning my protein shake which is Atkins caramel and some cold coffee or hot coffee actually been in that too so I’ve done it both ways but this is been the only way is crazy

I just got a case of the Cafe au Lait flavor Premiere Protein shakes to do this too! I like Iced coffee but I been using protein powder before. This is just easier to mix since it's all liquids haha.

Im not a decaf fan but I've heard great things about the Starbucks decaf Ground coffee. You could make cold brew with that. Stay tuned for a video on how I make my cold brew coffee!
