Bad news with these I’m afraid, as with the PlayStation 5 console, scalpers are buying them up and flogging them at inflated price on ebay, myself and friends have been trying to purchase one for a while now and everywhere is out of stock, I’m going to pop into Argos and curry’s tomorrow hopefully they will let me pre order one.
I wanted one and ordered one. Same with PS5, except there I bought two and sold the other for double to pay for my own. Scalping? Not really, more like taking advantage of supply and demand.
Please can you tell me if it’s possible to cook different foods (eg chicken and chips) in the same basket/container…..where potentially you’d put a chicken breast in first and let it cook for a while, and then add chips to the same container ?
Much thanks for this video - I just bought this as well - Ninja DZ401 looks the same as this but not sure if Temp shows in Fahrenheit or Celcius for UK - It ships from China and we should get it soon x
Helpful video. I just got mine a couple of days ago and so far I'm loving it. I'm looking forward to using more of the functions. The booklet which came with it is very helpful.
Thanks! It definitely saves a little each day. Our smart meter beeps when it hits £1.50 for the day and as we have a gas oven and stove used to hit it by lunch time. Now hits it late evening so definitely saves us about £0.50-£1 a day!
I do trust your reviews. Have you a demonstration of using the Max Crisp mode? Bought our AF400UK two weeks ago. Very happy so far. Still at the experimental stage but very pleased with our results.
I have this exact version and love it , haven’t used my conventional oven since , however there ONE REALLY ANNOYING thing , the BLOODY BEEPING , anyone know if this can be turned off 🙏
Would you recommend upgrading to this from a rather cheap 6.2l air fryer? I currently have an air fryer from George, Asda, which I bought for £60 a few months ago, so far it's been brilliant, haven't used my oven, but i wonder if it's worth it to get this for its versatility? I wonder if it'd cook faster than my cheaper airfryer.
Our air fryer has started to smoke when it’s cooking and it’s not from either of the baskets or the trays that sit in them so is there a recommended way to clean the heating elements to try and prevent the smoke?
Hiya thanks so much for this video, really thinking about buying this product. I do have a question in relation to the readout display. I’m partially cited and need quite a large digit read out with the main timer, what’s it like? Not sure if you know how the instant pot looks, but I can read those digits perfectly. Thanks so much in advance
Hi, I’m not sure what the instant pot looks like so can’t give you a good comparison I’m afraid! I’ve googled some pictures and I’d say it’s similar but wouldn’t be confident to say it’s exactly the same!
@@TheWaltonFamilyofThree fab, just tried to order one from Ninja but they're all out of stock (gutted as teachers get £23 off at check out). Seems EVERYWHERE is out of stock in the UK.
I'm moving out on my own for the first time and I've never had an airfryer in my family. I'm planning on getting one for my own when I move out and I enjoy cooking food and I'm heavily into fitness and calories tracking in terms of meeting my needs. Would this suit me well or be overkill? :)
I think it would definitely suit you! Since we’ve got it in a family of two adults and an almost one year old we’ve only used the oven about 5 times! It cooks just about everything and is super quick!
@@TheWaltonFamilyofThreemy thoughts are, I have the Ninja Speedi, and I love it, but I’ve not used the steam option as much as I thought I would, but I still need more space in the airfryer so I’ve purchased a 3.5lt Corsori as an add on, there’s only the 2 of us, but when I’m roasting veg I need lots of space and veg gives off steam, so if I want crispy roast potatoes I feel they cook better without being with the veg, so I put them in the Corsori with the meat, I don’t think it possible to have too much space, now thinking about should I have purchased a much bigger ninja they do one with a divided draw which you can take out and you could then do a pizza if you eat pizza. You cannot do a pizza in these smaller draws. But the Ninja 10 ltr is one draw with a divider and you can operate each side differently if you divide the draw.
Hi, we’re in the early stages of researching which air fried to go for and your review has helped massively, could you let me know if the drip trays are dishwasher safe and do you add oil when you are using it? Thank you.
They can be put in the dishwasher but we don’t because it says it might shorten the life of the air fryer. We use oil when doing homemade chips or brush it on meat sometimes but that’s about it. Everything else is oil free!
@@TheWaltonFamilyofThree I’ve really enjoyed the review. Please tell me how long chips take, proper chips from potatoes you peeled yourself. Thank you.

They’re amazing! We’ve got plenty more videos about the air fryer, including two coming out in the next week or so!
Excellent video thank you. We bought ours yesterday after upgrading from the Ninja Foodi. I love the sync option.😊
Enjoy it!
Loved this video, can't wait for my air fryer to come 😊
Thanks you

The thing with the Ninja is the buttons wear away. Why the never put them behind a screen is beyond me.
Ours are doing alright a year on with almost daily use!
Fantastic video straight to the point no waffle😋

Yes that's absolutely possible! I'll make a video showing you how soon!

I wouldn’t say it cooks quicker than the one you have it’s just more versatile
Do the lights stay lit on your air fryer when it’s off? I’m having that issue and not sure if it’s normal

How does the airfryer looks inside, in the top, is it solid?
