Keep a large trivet beside the airfrier whiere you can rest your cooking. It will save your worktop getting scorched when you forget how hot the drawers can get.
I thought the drawers were dishwasher proof? You started to demonstrate one drawer using Roast and the other using Airfryer, then switched to both Airfryer is this because both have to be on the same setting?
Thanks for the honest review. Newbie question as I have one of these coming from soon on approval. When cooking stuff in the oven I keep the plates hot in the oven at the same time.. anyone use the heat escaping from this machine to heat the plates rather than put the oven on just for plate warming?🤭
I haven’t done that but sounds like it could work! The plates might eventually get a bit discoloured though as the wall has in our house where the hot air comes out!
@@TheWaltonFamilyofThree That was quick! I see what you mean but we would wash the plates in between use - unlike the wall.. LOL. You mention not keeping the fryer right next to the wall so I'll see what the temperature is like at the back when cooking and see if the is a some kind of rack I could devise?
I have just bought a Lakeland dual zone £99 is ok however I’m returning mainly because I want the Ninja® Foodi® MAX Dual Zone Air Fryer AF400UK because looks much better and one of main thing Lakeland won’t go any lower than 80c . We cook our steaks and chicken breast in the frying pan to brown it off we then put in the neff oven at 55c for a hour or more smothered in onions (cooked )
@@barrytipton1179 your right but also I use to have to climb into my oven to clean it regularly but every few yrs get the oven man in to do it ...he use to say Ive never seen such a clean oven to clean lol so your saving loads in my eyes 👀 I don't have or need a dishwasher either!
I just tried mine and will need more time to really judge but so far here’s my thoughts. The compartments are too small for what I need. A terrible smell my first two times using it and smell crept into the baked potatoes flavor. I’m not finding anything really special or great about it but I bought it for half price so not much of an investment. If I had paid full, price, it would be on its way back to Amazon though.
@@TheWaltonFamilyofThree I sent it back. The smell wouldn’t go away. I also baked something in it and used those parchment inserts which was a mistake. Bottoms didn’t bake but big problem was the smell. I washed the baskets 3-4 times very well and did a dry bake too. It just wouldn’t go away. Either a coating of some sort of oil on the baskets that wouldn’t wash off or an internal smell from wiring or oils inside. Most people like you guys love it. I may have gotten a bad unit…
The drawers are made with a PTFE coating and the crisper plates are non-stick aluminium with a nano ceramic coating. The unit's exterior is BPA free and uses FDA-approved food-safe plastic.

Just got mine today, thanks so much for the tips 🎉
Hope you love it as much as we still do!
What about cleaning the bit above the drawers where the heaters are????????
With great difficulty! Not found an easy way of doing it yet!
Thank you for this review, very informative for anyone considering one like us!
Just bought the same air fryer, great advice … thank you
Hope you enjoy it!

Both can be on different settings, I just wanted them both on airfry for the video!

hot food served on a cold plate.. no thanks@@Mikeyp1054
Warm your plates in your microwave for 1 min assuming that you have everyday plates and not plastic etc.

Thanks buying one tomorrow 👍
Brilliant, let us know how you get on with it and any questions you may have!
Is it cheaper on electric rather than using my electric cooker instead
I'm not sure to be honest, I've seen lots of people say it is and I 'think' ours is but not 100% definite!
Not sure I can trust anyone reviewing a food related product wearing a Huel t-shirt 😂
Haha fair enough!
I tried huel. I found it so gross. But he is fit. I admire his dedication.
@@chevy4x466 they market Huel for people who don't have time to have food 😄

Great idea!
When I first looked at your comment, I thought it read 'You THREW it through the kitchen window'.

Ninja just doesn't stop. Now they just released the "Flexdrawer" dual fryer.
I really want to get my hands on one of these!
And now the Stack!
Just subscribed to you you say it so simp,y which I can understand I will defiantly be watching you I have just bought a ninja till the next one 😊
Thank you! Is there anything else you’d like to know about the Ninja? We’re going to make some more Ninja videos this week!

Fantastic Air Fryer! Still one of the best, in my opinion.
Absolutely!
It cooks things like fish fingers and chicken nuggets great. It does struggle with wedges and larger chips sometimes. @@TheWaltonFamilyofThree
@Top10HomeKitchenReviews yeah you have to be careful with too many potato products in there!
5:27 that wasn’t fairy liquid mate 😂
Does the aluminium cause dementia?
I can't remember
This made us laugh 😂😂
Dementia is no laughing matter
Only when used as a tinfoil hat 😂
You may laugh punks but aluminium in food has been linked to dementia
You don’t have to explain yourself with all the marks etc 😅
I was getting a bit self conscious in the video I think!
Hello world ! Can someone tell me if this is ceramic coated ? Thanks in advance !!!!

How does it bloody cook? Washing up and marks on the wall, no food to show, nice chap, bored by 3 minutes in

biggest con: it makes your kitchen/room air temperature nightmare from hell
