Thanks Richard. It’s cool hearing when someone actually likes a video. Sorry for the late reply. I no longer make videos and don’t check comments as often as I should. My bad. Take care and wishing you great adventures. Chad.
Great video....fellow GS rider!!! You were 3 miles west of the Blazer's Mill site from the historical sign you were at. It's actually located between Broken Arrow Road and Mil Drive, on the opposite side of Hwy 70. And the Maxwell House where BTK was killed is no longer there, although there are foundation markings and possibly a plaque on the ground, to show where he died. All this is YT info, but hopefully I'll get the chance to get over there and do a video as well. Safe Travels!!
I appreciate it. I’ve been busy helping my daughter move and I’ll not be traveling for a few weeks to make more. I really like them. I was going to go with soft bags but I like that these can be locked. Plus they slide open to make larger. I’ve ridden in torrential rains and they’ve never leaked. I think I’ll keep them on there.
@@1leftadventures258 Thanks for the reply! I'm picking up a new F850GS next week, and trying to decide on luggage options, so I appreciate the feedback.
Oh man…. No I didn’t. Thanks for that reminder. I return there quite often and I’ll make a point to look for it. I don’t make videos anymore, but now it’s on my to do list to find it. Take care. Chad.

You've taken my remarks out of context, I didn't mean that you were boring, I meant that you didn't give out much information, as a brit, we don't get much information about btk or other outlaws, if you don't mind, maybe next time you could provide us with a bit more information, thank you
Thanks Jacqueline. It’s ok. I really started these videos just for my kids to follow along where I am. It was them that pushed me to make these public. So I did. 🤷🏼♂️ Sorry, I never even considered the thoughts of others watching these videos. Especially people from other countries. Billy the Kid is very interesting. The entire Lincoln County War is. If you research it, things will make sense. Even better, watch the “Young Guns” series. There’s 3 parts. Much of them are for entertainment and movie purposes, but a lot of history is embedded. Really though, if I decide to make more videos, I’ll do a better job of explaining. I never took into consideration of people from other countries. So thanks for making me aware of that. Take care and best wishes. Chad.
@@1leftadventures258 hello Chad, that would be great if you did go into more detail, I do have the young guns dvds, and I have searched on the internet for outlaws, but as I said, we in the uk, only heard about outlaws from watching western movies, so it was the studios perspective what we learnt, Iv only just found out about a chap named brushy bill, thank you for the speedy reply x
I was just in Hico, TX last week at the Billy the Kid Museum. That’s where Brushy Bill lived. After doing research, there’s a compelling argument that he very well could have been Billy the Kid. Very interesting to read and research. I’m prior Law Enforcement and I just like following the lawmen and outlaws of the old west. Anyway, take care. And if I ever do anymore videos, I’ll remember your request. 😉 Chad.
Fantastic really enjoyed this 🍻

Seen all your videos. Waiting on more. If your ever down here I have a big oak tree you can camp under.
You ever read these?
Keep making videos. Very cool man.
Thank you. Maybe someday I’ll start back up. Comments like yours motivate me to share my travels… Ride safe and enjoy the adventures.

Did you happen to see Deputy Carlisle's grave in White Oaks?

You got me excited. I’m looking forward to my next trip out there to dig into it. 👍
Well that was absolutely boring
Yes Ma’am. I agree. I’m worse than watching paint dry. That’s why I’m no longer making videos. Thanks for the kind words.
