That's what i like, oversite done b4 the brickwork. Too many builders don't do it like that. So much easier 4 the bricklayer.

12 days on the trot? The foundations need time to settle, at least a couple of weeks.

Looks good. How did you get the steel into the pockets with walls already built? I’m intrigued 😉

The gap was wider than the channels, and they wouldn't have been the exact length, so they could offset them. If it was really tight, they could have taken a little of of the flange of the channel.

    How much did that cost?

That 18" cavity tray looked very suspect in fact I'd go as far as to say it was black visqueen at 1:41.

This is how most houses extensions are done in the uk . Double skinnned

Brick should basically always be done in a double wall construction.
Even the old world truly brick only construction did it with two brick walls, ties together with ties.
These days even if you dont use CMU blocks they still do a stick frame first to tie the brick to.

I have watched 546,000 of these and I don't know why and they always put in that giant glass door and I need help someone stop me from clicking on another one of these

well they didn't show the inside I can only assume it's a kitchen because it always is and I wonder why the guys at the end struggled so much with the trim bits on the skylight when it's probably the 1345th one they have done I mean they all do the same things

WIth all that height on the roof, should have gone for a warm roof construction.

They are there, I saw them with my own eyes! If you look closely you can see some of them but they are tricky to spot. I should have filmed it in 4K 😀
