Roselia is healing May ( 0:45 ) 2. The lack of movement is quite a Contrast from Gold's animation which makes sense. She is being covered by roots by Roselia using *Ingrain* (A move that prevents the target from escaping or being forced out). May cannot leave, but she gets frantic and tries her best to move 3. This is a mod where BF actually dies. I didn't see that coming but it makes sense. Roselia also tried to help BF not understanding May's situation either. Roselia uses Ingrain but it fails since BF has already died. The HP goes down at the end of the song to symbolize that. For BF to be down there, I know he ain't stupid enough to go down there after the FLOOD. He have most likely been in the situations many other people been in after Kyogre flood the earth. *He drowned, unable to reach the surface. This is why he's fighting May, it's basically his last song he'll do before he past away.* There isn't a true villain here. Roselia didn't do anything wrong, its just that neither May or Roselia saw this coming. Roselia did it to save her Trainer from drowning but ultimately led to a worse faith than death Impressive buddy
also a detail that is way too small but becomes noticeable as you make healthloss stronger in custom settings: screams deplete you of health (2:05) - i believe i wanted to some sort of "absorb" attack, but couldn't imagine the way to do the green bubbles and sprites flashing white to indicate healing; i think i do now but so far i'm not in the mood to redraw the May's sprites in a single art style once again And do the same with BF about the BF dying - originally i wanted to end it on an even worse note for Roselia, with both their trainer and BF dying, with May being pried out of the ingrain move (sounds silly but such concept i had) and BF just drowning; maybe later but that mostly depends on if i'll become interested in the idea again or others like it and if i'll be back to rework the current build and also in concept I wanted to add a mechanic similar to Frostbite but replace coldness with oxygen and with Vaporeon's Aqua Ring, but somehow i found BF being against catching pokemon as a funnier and a better idea - and also most likely because i was too lazy to remake the frostbite healthloss And make spacebar heal you; same as above either way; i'm glad you liked it! feel free to throw more ideas around as that can become a fairly great addition to the mod

While still looking rough, the concept did get improved by alot. Considering that some of the events happening there is from the comments of the original song, makes it somewhat better.
