Granted, that one's training would stay locked in on that toy with laser focus, but it's probably a standard when non-human performers are on stage.

I've watched some other dog trick performances and I think what gets me about this one is that it doesn't feel like a trained dog doing tricks. It tells the story of the bond the dog shares with his person and that absolute love, trust, and loyalty. You see the partnership of the two as they journey through life together. It's so beautiful I almost can't handle it!

I am seriously crying like a baby…I have an Australian Shepherd that is ridiculously highly intelligent. When I say many ‘certain’ words he knows exactly what I’m saying to the point in which I started spelling them. Within 2 days he had already learnt to spell LOL! Aster, like his name (Greek/Latin for star) is the light of my life 🌟❤️

Amazing, smart dog and nice dance. I just watched 3 times. I have a black lab with a mix of border collie. He has two left feet, but I love him dearly.

Literally brought tears to my eyes - the LOVE that she shows her dog comes back ten fold from her dog - SUCH beauty and intelligence brought me to a whole other level of RESPECT for animals.
Of all the Dog acts I have seen on got talent, this one blows all of them away.
There are no words to describe this beautiful performance. Amazing training!! Dog loves it! Mama can dance beautifully but the dog took the show! Thank you so much. Uplifting.
My heart is still swelling with pride for this pair. Well done the emotions are real heartfelt. Ive only ever experienced such overwhelming emotion four time in my 60 years this is way up there for good with the rest.
Once again, a dog proves to be smarter and more talented than most people I know.
Appears effortless, and that is always the case with truly talented people (and dogs). We all know this routine was not effortless to learn and perfect, but it looks as if they both must have enjoyed the learning process very much. The dog captures our hearts but this young lady is gracious, graceful, with her own natural talent for training. And clearly she loves her dog very much, that is always lovely to see. A joy to watch these two.
The dog was incredible. Watching Simon with his jaw dropped wis the real highlight.
Retired psychologist John Pilley trained his Border Collie, Chaser, to know over 1,000 words. They are incredible dogs.

I haven't cried for a long time. This made me cry. Animals are my thing and I know how smart and wonderful they are, but some people don't. I'm glad this little border collie got to shine up there onstage and I hope some people will realize that all animals are this smart, and worthy, and good. All of them are. Great performance.

I've watched a few dog dance videos on TH-cam, it's an official competition and of course fun to see how creative the trainer can get with an eager dog. The trainer doesn't really have to have top-notch dance skills, just choreograph it to make both look awesome. This trainer and her incredible "mate" have truly dazzled! - lots of variety and even emotion.
