Instead look them deep in the eyes and in a high pitch voice say "aye papi, terminar en mi boca". This is a very colloquial way to say you want something and they will instantly understand what you mean

If you want to sound more like a native Spanish speaker you could say “para mi sería…” Let’s say that you’re in a restaurant and you want to order a coffee… you could say “para mi sería un café”

It's completely normal in Mexico to say "me das..." It sounds rude if you translate it without context to English but it makes sense in Spanish. My point is, avoid direct translations in both languages. Instead know what is normal and acceptable
This is funny because we apply the same rule here in Portugal but clerks like to be little jokesters about it. Because “queria” is a past conjugation, they often say “You wanted it? Don’t you want it anymore?” Like NO I’M JUST TRYING TO BE POLITE AUGH
It really depends on the intonation you give it. Another alternatives depending on the country could be: "Me regala..." (Can you give [as in gift] me) "Me da (Can you give me/can I have)" "Necesito (I need)". And always say "por favor" after your requests, it'll make you a lot more likeable.

I'm a native speaker and it's totally ok to say "quiero" unless you're trying to sound formal, but it isn't rude at all.
That's It. Quiero, without the pronoun. The suffix already says It is you who wants something so adding "yo" sounds redudant, stronger and maybe rude.
