    I'm proud to say that i was at this game. It was abolutely unbelievable. When Summers threw down that dunk over Robinson, the whole place just erupted. I'll never forget that game. Makes me proud to be a State fan.

    Playing Mich. St. in the Final Four in Detroit? Fun. At least Uconn got them back in 2014 at MSG. Still that was nothing compared to playing a road game in front of 70K. Crazy atmosphere.

      That man had some innate athleticism just the fact that found a way in, lol. Probably one of the biggest/best dunks in NCAA tourney history.
      The only one that probably is the most memorable is the FGCU lob against georgetown, but still, summer’s dunk took way more athleticism and skill to pull off.

    Tom Izzo is so freakin' classy. If you watch at 8:14, most coaches probably would have already started walking over to shake Jim Calhoun's hand, but Izzo is chasing Summers down the floor from the sideline making sure that he doesn't showboat or score, a traditionally unsportsmanlike move in that type of situation. Such an awesome coach.

      North Carolina and Michigan State are tied for the most Final Fours(7).
      Kansas(6) and Kentucky(5) have the most Round of 32 Eliminations.
      Every team except Michigan State has played in 3 or more NC Games.
      Championships wise I say UCONN, North Carolina, and Duke are the best but North Carolina and UCONN(when they are in the Tournament) are the consistent. Kansas, Kentucky, and Michigan State have alot of early round exits. Duke has only made it to 6 Elite 8s which is sad.

    I'm a UConn fan, so let's get that out of the way, but this was a good game. MSU beat us, they had the answers. They made the big shots and got the big stops. Fair is fair. Michigan State didn't have the answers for the Tar Heels though, and I doubt UConn would have either.

      That makes no sense. If Michigan state got to 3 championship games then wouldn't they have 3 final four victories?

    Tom Izzo isn't the greatest coach in basketball

    • @goderking1
      @goderking1 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      ***** Greg Popovich is still coaching

    • @goderking1
      @goderking1 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      And in 2009 Phil Jackson was still coaching so to say that Tom Izzo is the greatest coach is over stepping a line when he didn't win a national championship since 2000

    There are no trophies for 2nd place. You won a game in front of 70000 of your fans. And than still got embarassed for the 2nd time that year against UNC. Woopty doo!
