She was THAT special, and would have sounded like that had she done this. ;-) I'll never forget Mo Cleaves speaking about the 'One Shining Moment' film they always do after the title game ends. He told Izzo and everyone he wants to be in that film. And when you see him sobbing like a baby as they showed it in 2000, THAT's the stuff you wanna see from todays players. Tum Tum Nairn comes close. They guy is going to blow up this year, now that he has room on the floor to do it, and the coaches will finally let him. With their new guys and Denzel, Schilling, Costello and Forbes, Bess and company. I see a run again.
AMAZING year for the Spartans. They outperformed! No WAY should anyone feel that they "lost." Duke might have won the championship game, but really, each Final Four team won it all in its own way. Kentucky had the best season record. Wisconsin...well, I thought they would win, and they had Kaminsky who got the Naismith Award. And Michigan State, which unfortunately had a very off night against Duke, won people's HEARTS and their respect, which in a way is the best victory of all. No one expected the 2014-15 team to do very well at all after losing Adriean Payne, Gary Harris and Keith Appling last year. Instead, they went to the Final Four--one round BETTER than last year's team! Goes to show that college basketball is a team sport, that Tom Izzo is a fabulous coach, and that Spartans WILL! Right now, this year's team may only be feeling that they "lost". However, I predict that in time they will realize that they won the tournament in their own way. Go Green!
Great Spartan Final Four hype video, lets hope for the best tomorrow but we should feel proud for this team. They have went through a lot of adversity this year, and they have found ways to overcome their problems they'll had all year long in the NCAA tournament. Even if they don't win, we can definitely feel proud of MSU for making it this far when we didn't think this team could make it that far. GO GREEN!!!!!!!!!!!
The nostalgia. I remember watching this right before leaving the hotel to go watch MSU vs Duke live... crazy that I’m now a student here #GoGreen!
