Batu Kawan will be developed and fully occupied before PSI is ready for development. PSi is a plan for the next 10 years, not a simple project for one or two days. Support PSI.

In the past, the beach along outer Bagan Luar to Teluk Air Tawar was very clean, so people focused on relaxing and swoimming, but when the land redemption project was made for Penang Port, then the beach lost its shine, the water became muddy, and you could no longer swimming.
This is the price that had to pay for development.
Maybe same things will happen to the beach pads of Tanjung Bungah, Batu Peringgi and Teluk Bahang.

Mainland Penang has plenty of land for growth but is often neglected. Instead of building "this" and "that," focus on cleaning up Penang. Many places like the beaches and some residential areas outside the heritage old town are filled with rubbish. Build friendly pedestrian sidewalks and biking trails all over the island and improve the public transit. Transit users wait 30 to 40 minutes for a bus in some areas. Transit app that allows commuters to track the arrival time should be in place. Also, find a solution for the exposed dirty gutter system.

Hopefully this development won't push up the property prices around Penang Island.

We need more land for development. Those who oppose can move to HK, Sg, Japan, Shanghai, etc and ask the governments there to sink their reclaimed lands. This youtube site is from people who are short-sighted.

The reason why cannot built new area in mainland because there have some stupid extreme religious people from PAS always kacau the project from beside state. This is why Penang Island need to do land reclaiming.
