First, it was breasts size, then lips, then nose, then cheeks, then hips, then lips again, then more breasts size again, then nose again, etc. to the point where they can't feel their own body. Whatever floats your boat... literally in this case! 😁 The only downside is that you'll probably have to have another surgery in your lifetime, whether it's for removal or revision in the future. Nothing lasts forever, and sometimes it's as often as every ten years if the implants rupture or go bad. Good luck!

Many women feel that there is an imbalance in their overall appearance. My lovely wife had augmentation years ago and her body image just felt right once it was done. Very cool to share this experience - thank you. It reminds me of a (male) friend of mine who started balding early. in his 20s, and so decided to get a hair transplant. Because he was younger then most when he started losing his hair, he was self-conscious about it, and he spent much time just thinking about his thinning hair and trying to style it. Now he says its a blessing the most of that self-consciousness is gone, and thoughts and worries about his hair take up much less space in his head, giving room to much more important things, and restoring a more healthy balance.
When I was about 34 years old had orthodontics and had my lower jaw advanced to correct an overbite. So happy in many ways that I did this for myself . For me it's a way to improve my self being. Glad you did this !
Alina some people are blessed and you are obviously a natural stunner even without makeup, but none of that matters because what does matter is your heart is good and you're a strong decent person and that comes across. You look great Irene, don’t change a thing. Even though people said I was handsome, I had some stuff done, and the joy was just temporary. All the mental baggage I had, I still had after the surgery, and I became depressed. God saved me and I learned to love myself by helping others. I also exercised, improved my diet, and read more. I believe Alina will regret this later. We all agree should looked great before.

Frankly, I had never noticed that something was amiss (at least in your own perception) and that you were unhappy with your body as it was. I just hope that they didn't implant a prosthesis that starts leaking chemicals after some time. Never compromise your health. Don't shy away from sharing more about it, as it might be helpful for some women. Kudos for your courage to go public with it!
well done dear, i am in favour of plastic surgery if someone doesnt feel comfortable with the body. I am a man and will do my plastic to nose next month, i waited 20 years but finally got convinced with surgeon and reviews.

A video on a sensitive and personal subject like this had the potential to go sideways very quickly but you handled it professionally and were very articulate around your reasons for doing it etc. It is also a great achievement you were able to keep going during that time without a hint to subscribers like me that you were in recovery mode. As you shared with us, your having had covid was difficult enough.
Thank you. Yes, it was challenging to prep enough content ahead of my surgery so I could have some downtime for filming. I wasn’t able to carry anything over a couple pounds for about 2 weeks.
Colombia is a great destination for medical tourism, including plastic surgery or dental helth care, but Is important to investigate. There are hotels specially for this tourism, and many places, but is important to investigate, know the rules about traveling after surgery and learn the language or have a friend that does. And travel with family or friends.
As others have said, never noticed that attribute but wish success. And yes, I have known women who had gone this route for the same reason and they were happy and more satisfied with life after the procedure. I am hoping that will be your outcome.
I can understand how pressured a woman will feel , because of the men in general society's view on women's physical appearance. Thank God I am not of this generation, because it is completely ridiculous. It's sad and pathetic that people are so obsessed with certain looks in women. And will reject a human being for having the wrong color eyes or hair. My mind cannot fathom it.

Congratulation! I was thinking it was done in Colombia. This country is famous for their plastic surgeries and their excellent doctors and dentists. Bogotá, Cartagena and Medellin are the top places and fees are completely affordable for women who want to change their life for better. Colombian women have plastic surgeries like going to the dentist. In Colombia you will see perfect smiles, perfect noses and bodies and in most cases never you would think they had a plastic surgery.
When you visit Medellin and you go to excellent restaurants, Lleras Parks or high end shopping Centers I strongly recommend you to show Colombian people specially women in your videos. They are extremely in good shape, beautiful long hair, derrières and bodies you don’t see in other countries and cultures and always with a big smile, beautiful teeth in their face and very friendly. All kind of races and all kind of beauty.
If you are still in Cartagena please show the night life in Cartagena historic walled city. Just walking around you will see how beautiful people is. The old city is brightened with special lights and I’m sure you don’t see cars so streets are just for pedestrians in most areas. Go to the discos and bars and show the people. The people know how to get dressed for the night. Christmas time is the best time to be in Cartagena but go to the Walled City not Getsemani for party. Then you will notice the difference.

I am glad to see you happy after this surgery,about my experiences after breast implants have been made , it is important to make massages because the most dangerous complication is to happen capsules around implants thus you should not omit massages at least first 6 months,and it will take a little time to get used their appearance on your body

I must admit that I'll miss the more introverted Alina that watched those self help videos to improve herself and her youtube channel over the years. I related to her more but now I find out she was not as happy as she appeared.

I am glad that you are happy with the result and that you just did what you felt was right! Frankly, I had never noticed that something was amiss (at least in your own perception) and that you were unhappy with your body as it was. I just hope that they didn't implant a prosthesis that starts leaking chemicals after some time. Never compromise your health. Don't shy away from sharing more about it, as it might be helpful for some women. Kudos for your courage to go public with it!

well done dear, i am in favour of plastic surgery if someone doesnt feel comfortable with the body. I am a man and will do my plastic to nose next month, i waited 20 years but finally got convinced with surgeon and reviews.

A video on a sensitive and personal subject like this had the potential to go sideways very quickly but you handled it professionally and were very articulate around your reasons for doing it etc. It is also a great achievement you were able to keep going during that time without a hint to subscribers like me that you were in recovery mode. As you shared with us, your having had covid was difficult enough.
Thank you. Yes, it was challenging to prep enough content ahead of my surgery so I could have some downtime for filming. I wasn’t able to carry anything over a couple pounds for about 2 weeks.

Colombia is a great destination for medical tourism, including plastic surgery or dental helth care, but Is important to investigate. There are hotels specially for this tourism, and many places, but is important to investigate, know the rules about traveling after surgery and learn the language or have a friend that does. And travel with family or friends.

As others have said, never noticed that attribute but wish success. And yes, I have known women who had gone this route for the same reason and they were happy and more satisfied with life after the procedure. I am hoping that will be your outcome.

I can understand how pressured a woman will feel , because of the men in general society's view on women's physical appearance. Thank God I am not of this generation, because it is completely ridiculous. It's sad and pathetic that people are so obsessed with certain looks in women. And will reject a human being for having the wrong color eyes or hair. My mind cannot fathom it.
She’s gorgeous. Never needed this. I new a girl in high school that had PS on her nose and it turned out great. This actually looks worse. I’m so sad she let the warped media blind her into doing this. She should send a better messages to girls watching.

Men are more turned off by women who think they know it all. OR are too opinionated. My experience. They love a cute full figure with thin long legs in the latest fashion, who just agrees with them all the time. Who wants to be that woman? Nobody.

Congratulation! I was thinking it was done in Colombia. This country is famous for their plastic surgeries and their excellent doctors and dentists. Bogotá, Cartagena and Medellin are the top places and fees are completely affordable for women who want to change their life for better. Colombian women have plastic surgeries like going to the dentist. In Colombia you will see perfect smiles, perfect noses and bodies and in most cases never you would think they had a plastic surgery.
When you visit Medellin and you go to excellent restaurants, Lleras Parks or high end shopping Centers I strongly recommend you to show Colombian people specially women in your videos. They are extremely in good shape, beautiful long hair, derrières and bodies you don’t see in other countries and cultures and always with a big smile, beautiful teeth in their face and very friendly. All kind of races and all kind of beauty.
If you are still in Cartagena please show the night life in Cartagena historic walled city. Just walking around you will see how beautiful people is. The old city is brightened with special lights and I’m sure you don’t see cars so streets are just for pedestrians in most areas. Go to the discos and bars and show the people. The people know how to get dressed for the night. Christmas time is the best time to be in Cartagena but go to the Walled City not Getsemani for party. Then you will notice the difference.

I am glad to see you happy after this surgery,about my experiences after breast implants have been made , it is important to make massages because the most dangerous complication is to happen capsules around implants thus you should not omit massages at least first 6 months,and it will take a little time to get used their appearance on your body
