Keitech Swimbaits for Lake Ontario Cold Water Smallmouth

Super fun two hour session casting Keitech swimbaits in 19- to 24-foot.
Target area is a rocky bottom with scattered weeds. I dropped the trolling motor at 1:35 PM and hit spotlock, I stayed in that spot until 3:30 PM.
I hooked 37 fish and got 35 in the net. Air temps were 27 to 29 degrees with water temps of 42 degrees.
It's especially satisfying when you know you have limited time and your first location choice is the right choice.
As these Lake Ontario water temps continue to drop, I expect to see these smallies group up in bigger schools than they are right now.
