the ALICE buffs are so awesome. It never made sense that essentially all ALICE did was reduce your thrust consumption when ALICE is responsible for being literal aimbot on a gundam.
Every time I try to use this machine I feel convinced that sacrificing the Dodge for Shock Dampeners would make it a lot easier. The great irony about it packing some if the best heat in UC, is it is kinda easy to counter snipe in this game, as long as you're confident you'll survive its returning fire.
I think it would be interesting. Give it aerial melee, 2700 saber power and faster swap time. Aerial melee combos can be very hype, if Ex-S dropped as an overtuned 4 star today then it would definitely have it.
@@Peppermint_747 most of its kit can only be fired on the ground aside the beam rifle and the incom (which is fine for the standard S gundam bc it has good stagger accumulation vulcans and aerial melee in its a tool kit to close in for melee). flying as the EX-S gundam will only get it shot out of the air with the lack of maneuver armor so it could only really use it for repositioning, something the standard transforming flight mode already does better at with the added bonus of stagger resistance.
would be cool if it could launch its propellant tank similar to the stein. But at the cost of lowering its boost gauge and defense but also adds speed significantly
They should give the EX-s dual beam sabers with the s-gundam melee style, or air melee, or high performance balancer for its guns, or make the a.l.i.c.e a.i make random defense decisions based on the situation.
I always think this suit is so awkward to use as a shooter. Its main ryfle fires from low position, sometimes you have to go really outside of cover . And also its shoulder beam cannons are weird compared to non-hover suit (zz , phenoix
still needs ma 1 honestly its so big and without it you are playing hit and run alot w a suit that some maps peekaboo aint great on its meant to be a fast assault unit not having it asides gameplay feels weird still the buffs look good this last round has given alot of suits a new lease on life and w how saturated 700 is w monsters this being viable there or 650 is good the s gundam buffs seemed to be solid also as are the mk5
Fafnir is probably better overall if I am being honest. They both play kind of similarly, but I feel that Ex-S is more based on using the MS mode, while more of Fafnirs power is locked behind the MA mode missiles. I don't think Ex-S can match up against the MA mode missiles which can delete anybody without a sweat. Fafnir has much better self defence as well, you gotta be really careful when fighting Fafnir close up cause of how good the melee is, but Ex-S is practically a free kill close up.
I personally would not compare it with the MKV MP because they are just so different. MKV MP wants to get in close and spam that downswing but Ex-S is the opposite, it wants to stay far away and just spam beams. I think they could compliment each other if they are on the same team.

it my experience it still depending on teammate position . when the team on losing side it really hard to perform well.
My absolute favorite 650-700 ranged general. So happy it might get some recognition now

I think it is viable at 650, but the meta is more favourable for it at 700 cost. I would rather be fighting a Xi Gundam than a Demeter.
