Update On Recurring Channel Memberships | RBI New Rules on YouTube | Bank of India new guideline.

New TH-cam update on recurring channel memberships in India from RBI (Reserve Bank of India) . Now TH-cam membership cannot change their level for 1st month. According this new update new channel membership will be temporarily limited to 1st month and cannot upgrade, downgrade or cancel their member level on that month. This is a temporary changes because of recurring memberships are not available in India right now.
