Pretty sure he is only using mods to change some of the characters appearance, it doesn’t do anything to gameplay and other players can’t see it, no reason to ban him.

1) I get why you didn't use the Ion Shot for that particular sniper rifle (cause it's weak against infantry). I use it for splash damage and it helps a lot. Both the B2 Super Battle Droid and the B2 Rocket Droid are my favorite reinforcements.
2) What is the craziest moment that happened for you?

Yeah the Ion is good for vehicles but on naboo and kashyyyk i like to headshot and kill players, and yeah the splash damage is insane.
the craziest, i have no idea man, there are so many things happening its just hard to pick one
