    Wassup bro been awhile... finally finished my EPS conversion way back and still running great. Btw acuity is awesome I bought their first gen and worked for awhile then idle values kept changing causing some bucking from dig. But I called them up they we’re happy to help out and send me a new one but they wanted the old one to do some R&D. Glad to see the improved it. That TPS gasket is not used anymore cuz of the new o-ring that was included. I’ve tried all the TPS you can think of even ktuneds hall affect took a dump on me and cost a grip. Keep it up D!

      Yeah acuity is awsome , never had any problems

    Wassup Bro? Long time no see. I’ve tried every TPS sensor from K-Tuned even their Hall Effect version. The main reason the TPS goes out is when it rest on idle and changes the set value for closed position from Vibration. (Remember when ktuned used “RTV” to help reduced it) It’s from vibration and wearing out from the throttle body shaft holding the plastic holder inside the TPS. My K-tuned Hall effect version kept changing closed values even with a slight preload to keep the spring snugged. I now use Acuity when they first came out. It lasted about a year then started to change values as well but they hooked me up with another TPS and wanted my old one so they can improve their design to fix this problem.

    Straight to the point, love this video. I hate it when people do a 6-10min blog intro, make that shit an outro, show me the build first! Lol

    Thanks for the video got some issues with bucking and Rev hang and a tiny bit of high idle tuner told me to check out the throttle body and cable this video really helps in understanding what to look at

    Running a tsx IM and TB going to try the stock TB with it hoping for a tad more response and low end. 2007 accord 2.4

    What could be the problem with my Honda Edix 2005 CBA-BE1 engine when I step on the accelerator pedal, the response from the engine is not good, it struggles to pick up from the drive gear unless i put the gear in 1. Also when the engine starts, it emits black smoke like there's no proper mixing of air and petrol in the chamber. I changed the sensor below the throttle body but nothing has changed

    Hey bro you did you have the stock IM or did you go rbc or another aftermarket for your ktuned throttlebody?

    • @Deemossi
      @Deemossi  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I always go RBC and currently have a ktuned tb, but I would recommend keeping your stock tb

    Did you get any bogging while driving at 2000 rpm? If I lightly give the car gas it will bog and the rpm’s will fly up and drop back down. Doesn’t do it at all when I give it a little more gas

      I had that damn issue with mine. I ended up sanding the butterfly down with a slight angle so when the plate closed it sat flush. That fixed the hunting idle after I drove. The flat spot you speak of fixed by adjusting tps with a slight preload in the tps. Then calibrated the tps through kpro then I lastly adjusted throttle cable to get car to idle at target rpm +/- 200 rpm

  • @gioa3910
    @gioa3910 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Do you you need to adjust the idle screw if you delete the iacv

    • @Deemossi
      @Deemossi  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You will need to adjust your throttle cable and idle screw yes.

    What about the sensor you didn’t touch on the stock throttle body?? What sensor is that??? I broke it so I’m trying to look for it

    • @jacobthomas9366
      @jacobthomas9366 ปีที่แล้ว

      Pretty sure that sensor is connected to the IACV. Not sure what the sensor itself is called though but I would look up the IACV
