Hi. I just got an airfryer man even though I'm watching your videos I'm really confused on how to use it. For the beef fajitas are you dumping the marinade in the air fryer basket as well?
If you want enchiladas even easier, use frozen taquitos. Put in an 8x8 pan (to contain the mess) layer your favorite sauce, then taquitos, then Shredded cheese. Repeat for 2nd layer. Air fry for 20 to 30 mins at 350°. Chef's kiss!

Great content as always, Cathy! After watching your videos for a couple of years, I decided to finally bite the bullet and replace my older PowerXL with a Cosori air fryer. Since it's just me, I decided to go for the Cosori Lite. After using it a couple of times, I've decided to box it up and send it back. I went on and ordered the Dual Blaze instead and have been using it for the past few days. While I definitely prefer the size of the Lite, I hate the design of the crisping tray in it! Why on earth would they put the finger grips sticking upward creating an uneven surface? It makes it impossible to cook anything flat on the crisping tray. Hopefully Cosori will come up with a better design for the crisping tray of the Lite in the future. Even better? Perhaps they can bring the dual heating element to the Lite as well. That would be the absolute *perfect* air fryer for me! For now though, I'm absolutely loving the Dual Blaze and no longer having to flip my food while it cooks. Even though the Dual Blaze is far larger than I need as a single person household, overall, I'm much happier with it due to the flat crisping tray.
Hi Melissa! Glad to hear you found a solution. I agree with you about the tray on the Lite! It is odd. I am also not a huge fan of the tray on the Blaze, but it works for the most part (often I don't even cook with it!). Hope it continues to go great for you!
Thanks for the many recipes & ideas. I have a smaller round air fryer. I use both parchment & alum. foil to cook on & sometimes nothing. Thinking of doing a Chicken Cordon Bleu wrap in it & use same steps you showed for the stromboli.
Hi Cathy, I'm in Australia. My cosori instructions say not yo use drawer without badket. I see recipes I'd like to use it like your chic recipe. Now I see you used it, is it safe, OK to use it. A lot or occasionaly. Love your videos.
I LOVE your recipes and videos. In 2020 I purchased the oven style air fryer and hated it…. I thought all air fryers were created equal and so I was not a fan… then recently I started discussing them with friends and they all said I got the wrong style… so I started researching and found your TH-cam channel. You changed my mind enough that I purchased the Cosori model that you use in most of your recipes and now I love air frying! It saves me so much time in the kitchen and I love that I can throw some veggies and meat in there for a quick nutritious dinner! For the last 2 months I have hardly used my oven. Fast forward to now, I thought I would try a bigger air fryer that could hold two larger chickens so that I could make rotisserie chicken more often and was severely disappointed when this very popular model failed me. All air fryers are not made equal for sure. This one boasts all kinds of things and everyone seems to think it is the best but I am here to say it is not. I am returning that one and will be using only the Cosori from now on. Some of the things that I noticed is that the new one I am returning (not mentioning brand but you can take a guess) is that it did NOT cook the food as fast as the Cosori. One example is that I put some Brussel sprouts in the basket on air fry and expected them to be done pretty quickly like the Cosori and they were burnt on the outside and not even done on the inside….. Thanks for your channel and please keep making these amazing videos and recipes!!!! I am a BIG fan of yours.

Maybe you are putting too much oil on the fries. They only need a very light spray to make them crispy. When my hubby makes them in the air fryer he doesn’t spray them at all. They come out good just less crispy.
@@shellymac7597 I don't have a sprayer. I use a tablespoon of oil and mix em in a bowl prior. Also not the US tablespoon measure, but literally just how much our tablespoon would fit for about 1kg of fries.

Most of the buttons are presets for time and temp (that you can change), and both burners run on high.
The Broil button turns off the bottom heating element (top is high).
The Bake button makes the top run at low heat (bottom is high).
The Roast button makes the top burner at medium heat (bottom burner is high).
Hope that helps!
