Thanks to your link , i bought a pack of that same seasoning... the flavour enhancer really melted the meat in my mouth. me in the misses really enjoyed it innit... her name is stu, she loves your videos as well.!
i do it all the time ......30 mins wrapped in foil on 180...then take the foil off.....and cook for a extra 20 mins on 180......then slice thinly if possible
Good try, but I always put mine in a wrap roll as it makes it easier to eat. In those pitta bread things, it's a job to keep the filling in when eating.
Keith try adding some finely grated onion, garlic paste, celery salt, msg, grated green pepper and finely chopped coriander and parsley with a pinch of baking soda to tenderise the meat. I also add some chopped chicken skin or pork skin for extra moisture and flavour. Cook low and slow. Baste frequently with melted butter. 🎉🎉🎉
Hi Keith hope your good and nat is well. Donna kebab good one. It will be good as everything you make Keith is good. Love you both. Enjoy. Ann in Cumbria.xx.
I absolutely love your channel mate and I would love to try some of your recipes, but my mam won’t let me. I’m a big lad and the other day my mam said to me “Son, you are a big fat bugger and you need to go on a diet”. It’s a shame because I love my grub, me. All the best mate
We've tried this twice now, each time - perfection.
Watching this at 9am. Want to eat this NOW!!
Looks absolutely amazing 🤩 and delicious 😋 thankyou so very much for sharing Keith and Nat take care ❤️💙🙏

Looks nice maybe when making should mix the meat and seasoning in smaller batches so seasoned mix in bwtter
Good job and unlike the kebab house you no what’s in the ingredients ❤️👍
Big thumbs up as always looked great 👍. My local kebab shop is now £8 for a small one lol.

He doesn't need all that shit.He does well with his own recipes😊😊😊
@@wickedwitch4473you clearly don't know anything about food, my advice is to go back to playing on the highway or the Hershey highway 😂😂😂😂😂
Every one too their own, we don't all like that shit.
And u think u are a cook?😅😅😅😅@@andrewgordon8859

Where did you get the kabab seasoning from
Add six pints 🍻 before you eat it will be best meal u ever had!
😊
You need a skewer hammered upright in a piece of wood, just an idea.
Shut up man
if u had put s tea spoon pf pixie dust .. msg in when frying tat would help
MSG already in the spice mix, E621.
To be honest I actually look for the 15% or 20% fat lamb or beef mince. Its far better tasting but is harder to find. Nice video though.
Looks amazing
Not for me I'm afraid, i absolutely hate kebabs as much as I hate McDonald's. I'm more of a ploughman's lunch type of person. 😂
You didn't weigh out 100gms of spice mix, that's why.
no such thing as lean lamb mince.
