hi! i have the same lappy. just wanna ask if you're experiencing freezing screens or it's sort of robot freezing something
tbh, i have experienced that twice. my screen literally went blank but the voice kept coming. it would always be when i plugged in my charger. maybe it was because i was overusing it. but it hasn't happened in a long time. i usually just hold the power button for 40 seconds and it starts working.

it honestly depends on what you're using it for. i try to use it plugged in as much as possible. and if i do not it, works for a reasonable amount of time.

no, I haven't had any issues with low brightness. maybe you can get it checked :)

heyy i tried opening mine, just use the search thing at the bottom and type task manager, it worked for me, hope it does for you too ✨✨

Hi im not sure but it's probably the image size. Make sure the wallpaper is the same size as your screen and also make sure the image is HD

yes, if you do heavy editing i would suggest a laptop with a graphic card (NVIDIA) or something more stronger. but i’ve been editing my videos on my laptop and it works well☺️

my laptop still works great. no lagging or overheating unless i'm using it for something heavy. the battery life depends on what you're using it for, i normally use the laptop plugged in

2. How's the build quality? I mean hows the in-hand feel. Is it made of cheap material?

1. No it doesn't flicker, not even at the lowest brightness level.
2. The build quality is pretty good, it feels strong and sturdy. but still got to be careful with the screen like you would with any laptop.
3. the battery life's actually pretty good. watching videos and movies doesn't drain a lot of battery but when you're using Microsoft teams or zoom, it might drain quicker, so I just use it with the charger at that time.
4. That rarely happens. it's only happened to me once I think because I was using too many heavy applications at once, but otherwise, it's pretty good.

it works so great, I've been using it for my college needs, TH-cam, and almost everything and it hasn't disappointed .
