Line for the production of foam concrete blocks (blocks of cellular concrete) from the trade mark GRIVAS.
The video shows production line of foam concrete blocks conveyor manufacturing method with automatic dosage components.
This video clip shows process of loading of cement from cement truck in the silos (storage) of cement and a further loading of cement screw conveyor from the silo into the batcher.
Feeding of sand carried out. by using belt feeder of the storage hopper to the vibrating screen and further. loading sifted sand along a conveyor belt (L -12 m) into the batcher.
To implement automatic dosing, all batcher are mounted on load cells and control the dosage of components (cement, sand and water) is carried out by using weighting controller.
After dosing, are downloading all components in mixer for foam concrete production in the sequence, water - cement - sand, then using a foam generator is fed to the mixer foam in the right quantity.
When the mixer is loaded with all components, begins the process of mixing. 3-4 minutes is a ready-foamed concrete, which merges into the molds for the production of foam concrete.
Metal sides forms are installed on a pallet-trolley that move on rails by using electromechanical pusher or manually.
After filling out the form by foam concrete, an array from foam concrete or aerated concrete is fed on the cutting plot, which produces cutting foam concrete blocks by using complex for cutting cellular concrete URMP-2P (belt multiedger). Cutting of the array can be made into blocks with a multiplicity of 50 mm.

Hi there. Awesome videos Thankyou. I’m wondering if you know or where I can find out which products would best make a light concrete that would be tough enough to handle the sea movement when used as 1 piece for the deck and 1 piece for the rooftop placed in between 2 fibreglass boat hulls please? Hulls are 6m x 1m and royal width of boat will be 2.4m. Each piece would need to handle the different strained movements on the sea while under motor/sail. Thanks 😊. Rob

David, 4-5 hours are required to set before cutting. The time depends also on an initial temperature of mixture and environment, where blocks mature before cutting.

The strength of the cellular concrete blocks depends on the density of the light concrete. The foam concrete can be manufactured at the density from 200 kg /cub.m to 1200 kg / cub.m due to this the strength of light concrete blocks will be from 3 to 75 kg/cm2 (0,3 to 7,5 MPa/cm2)

I can't see why you wouldn't pour smaller bricks instead of VERY SLOWLY cutting up a block. I mean you wouldn't waste time and blades. I work for a German modular formwork company and we can achieve shapes that most people can't dream of. Variable curves and everything so it's not that hard to make variable sized blocks with formwork with adjustable sizes.

Having a great experience in this industry, we would say that the cassette-type technology is less effective compared to the cutting one, but it’s a great choice when you need to set up a small plant.
Speaking of blades, they’re available in every country and the cost is cheap.
Moreover, our cutting technology allows cutting blocks of different standard sizes with a high geometry (± 1 mm).
