Is there a tube inside the barrel that works to mix the materials? When the mixed materials exit into a nozzle where there is a metal wire, foam is produced. Is there an illustration that explains the inside of the barrel?
The question is, is there anything inside the barrel (the closed box) or are the external extensions, such as those shown in your explanation, the only ones required for the foam generator?

I'm still going to make a machine to automate this whole process, I really like the subject, the cool thing is that these blocks are produced with plaster, there is a video that demonstrates the strength of the Block. The term in engineering, MegaPascal (MPa), is often used to measure the pressure force that the block can withstand in this case.... This block would be for sales and not for structural construction, right?

Hello, the SULFONATE agent you use for the foam is not commonly used in the production of cellular concrete; rather, aluminum-based agents are typically employed. Sulfonate may react with the cement, and this could pose issues. Could you please clarify this? Thank you. @Bb Amazing Skills

@@BbAmazingSkills excelente, muy amable , tengo 2 preguntas mas, como hacen para que no se salga la mezcla del molde ya que la observo muy liquida, y tambien quisiera saber que tiempo tardan para desmoldar, luego de desmoldado no los riegan por unos dias? he visto unos videos que los riegan, gracias por su amable respuesta quedo atento, si pudieran hacer un video explicativo de como hacer los moldes seria excelente, gracias.
@@edwinmartinez7894 Para evitar que la mezcla se salga del molde, es necesario cortar el metal con una máquina láser.
Se tarda 15 minutos en desmoldar, y una semana en tiempo abierto y soleado después de desmoldar, no necesita regar, seca solo, vídeo explicativo de cómo hacer moldes, th-cam.com/video/aKkcuWAypXs/w-d-xo.html
