Love the mindset! Go go go, nothing is wrong kung itry, especially kung bata ka pa naman. Just think about calculated risk, hindi mo pwede isugal lahat. Then tama ka, marketing and strat. Pwede ka bumawi sa service One proven tip. Pinakagusto ng customers ang mabilis na serbisyo. Galingan mo jan and you will be ok hehe.

Halos lahat ng market lalo na kung food and beverage saturated na. Di ka tutuloy dahil saturated na yung market? Ba! Nasa kabaong kana nyan kakahanap ng ikaw lang mag isa ka sa market wala ka pading nahahanap. 😂😂😂
I speak from experience may or may not apply to all. Ayoko lang ma discourage kayo mag negosyo dahil puhunan sa negosyo ay "courage" at tingin ko and opinion ko parang medyo discouraging yung tono at discussion sa video na to na dapt di makuha ng mga future entrepreneurs.
Nag start ako pandemic isang coffee shop, after almost 2 years tatlong tindahan na. May nag tatanong na ng franchising. Napag kakamalan kaming franchised store kahit sariling brand namin. May gusto nadin mag franchise paulit ulit na inquiries.
Ano ginawa ko? Hindi ako natakot sa sandamakmak na cafes sa palibot ko. Bagkos ang binigyan ko ng tuon ay customer service, product and experience quality ng lahat ng pumapasok na customers. Ang pag nenegosyo ay parang sasabak ka sa gyera, ang market ang war field. Kung mag nenegosyo ka ng coffee shop kasi gusto mo lang kumita ng pera aba malulugi ka talaga! Haha di ganon yun. Dapat ilagay mo ang paa po sa sapatos ng customer mo. Dapat may alam ka sa kape, sa pag pagawa ng kape, sa customer experience etc.
Wag mong titingnan kung asan yung mga katabi mo sa gyera kasi natural kung dami mo iniisip ma tutyugi ka. Pero kung mag focus ka pano ka maka survive sa gyera na pinasok mo by improving, innovating. Your business malaki yung chance na kahit Saturated na ang market eh mamamayagpag ka or isa ka sa mamamayagpag na brand.
Wag analysis paralysis prend! Matutong sumugal, kumg malugi ka di ka naman uuwing luhaan ah? May consolation kang experience at learning para next try out mo you'll come out much more wiser.

Worth it ang gastos sa tamang marketing strategies, alamin nyo saan ba masyado naka focus ang target market nyo ngayon, ano yung bagay na pwede nyong maging marketing na palagi nilang maalala or makikita nila madalas. Walang limit ang imagination at creativity! Yan lang. 🫡😁
True! If a person or group of people want to invent their own rocket science products and services that doesn't exist in the market yet before totally executing it, they would waste their time until such time their idea is already executed by other bussinesses, and they would end up losing the opportunity. It is a matter of thinking a better marketing strategy and additional income streams from the coffee shop, even if it's already saturated per se. If there's no competitors, hindi na balance ang supply and demand sa market. Ang business is not only to earn profit but also to serve the community, which, hindi sinabi dito sa video na in order to put up a coffee shop, one of the business objectives may be included in the business plan is also to serve the community if saturated na this kind of business so that if hindi maging profitable, at least learn from mistakes and improve the quality of the products and services for the customers as they are also part of the community.

Yes mam, even kung titingnan natin ang datus ng starbucks, they've closed so many stores in the last 5 years. Super saturated na ang market , slim ang chance to grow your business. Ang advantage po ng sa bahay niyo is siyempre di mo na kailangan magbayad pa ng rent. Laking kabawasan niyan sa monthly expenses mo. Kailangan mo na lang galingan ang marketing and promotion mo, saka siyempre pinaka foundation ang galing ng product mo, then so be it sa haws niyo po.
Swertehan lang ang negosyo... walang negosyo ang biglang mag click agad... dadaan talaga sa mababa hanggang sa umasenso ang negosyo... maraming trials and errors ang negosyo.

Base sa experience po namin ang estudyante ay limited market kasi super tight at budget lang ang mga pera nila hehe, kaya mas patok sa kanila ang mga tuhog tuhog. Pwde nyo rin po ipush ang coffee shop. But focus on an item na abot kaya ng pera ng estudyante. Pwede nyo bigyan ng kakaibang twist ang tuhog tuhog, gaya nung ginawa namin sa farm patok na patok kasii siya pinaka affordable. Ok lang po ang second hand, jan kami nagsimula, basta make sure na walang issue ang machine. Sana po mapatamaan niyo ang business, bless you in your endeavors!
