Am I the only one who things that this would be 100% times better if the opening ceremony was performed at night?

I think it would be a little bit harder for them to render the CG characters on stage if this was done at night.
The players need their rest and practice times, so having the performances at night would mean they’d need to play during the night as well, which means they get less sleep and less time to practice.

and we need to remember that the finals are best of 5, so if the cerimony starts at night, the games would prolong the players to play close to mid night, which would be bad for their perfomances

이거 봐. 한국에서 열렸지만 우리나라 팀이 없는 결승임에도 모두 환호해주고 즐기잖아. 그냥 그 장소에서 그 감정을 느끼고 자신이 응원하는 팀에게 환호를 상대편에겐 박수를. 2020년은 정말 최악의 오프닝부터 관객들의 태도까지 소름돋았다. 코로나 때문이면 마스크라도 잘 쓰던가. 그냥 2020년에 롤이 쇠퇴한다는 걸 딱 느끼고 여기로 돌아와서 글을 쓰게되네. 내년에 몰락의 길을 걸을지 10년간 이어온 최고의 게임자리를 이어나갈 지는 2018 2019급의 퀄리티로 돌아가는지에 달렸다고 생각한다.

It was BS, is like eating a steack with sauce without steak, it was a musical performance without the singers, holograms were bad and there was a lot of non-sense scens

@@rashotidecaller1297 Really all this people saying the same about Covid, the live performance was mediocre at best with no point at all with all those dancer/fighters, and the KDA part was like seeing a hologram of 2014. 2019 or 2018 didn't have Covid, true. But the best part of them weren't the live performance (and i am not saying they were bad), it was the holograms of 2018 of KDA and all of those visual effects that complemented the live performance of 2019. Even worse, the Galio drop is almost the same effect as the Dragon hologram of 2017 and they used the same cage and opening of the trophy as 2019...

It's because of covid that people that was presenting the worlds ceremony couldn't do their best BECAUSE THEY WERE HINDERED BY THE PANDEMIC. In comparison with 2022 world's opening ceremony. In terms of the use of special effects I gotta say this was still better. THEY BUTCHERED LILNASX SO HARD. But the hype 2022 worlds gave, it was so intense. I hope SKT1 WINS
Update: I’m back, I watched the 2023 worlds ceremony and I gotta say. The cgi and effects looked horrible. Heartsteel probably had one of the worst debuts I have ever seen. AINT NO WAY THEY INVITED THE GUY WHO DID RISE 😂 I probably say the only good performance was new jeans. But In all honesty I still agree that this was so much better than the 2023 opening ceremony.

To me, it's interesting to hear rapping done in other languages (though some American rappers still make me wonder WTF they are saying), but it's a little jarring to hear someone switch between a language I recognize and one I don't so rapidly and effortlessly.
I'm not saying that's BAD, but my brain suddenly starts freaking out when it happens.
P.S. Decades ago, back when Eminem was starting his climb to superstardom, my sister went on a school trip to Spain. She said that the demographic associated with rap in Spain were the jews, so she would sometimes watch Spanish rap music videos by artists wearing Jewish identifiers. It was fairly confusing for the both of us.

In the studio there are equipment to improve the quality of the voice, in the live it's just you and the microphone
Dude...the blonde guy sounded way better why didn't they use him as the main voice
@@hondaems Yeah, I definitely think that the studio version sounded better. However, I also feel like this setting is not good for his kind of performance. The microphone here largely amplifies his voice. So even the slightest hitch and strain is picked up. He also was yelling and projecting his voice louder into the mike. I feel like if Mako sang quieter and more controlled, putting the microphone closer to his mouth, he would sound better.

well you got to think, only 6000 people were in the stadium for worlds 2020 finals, all were chinese fans, and due to the pandemic and restrictions no one had the money to travel there, spend money to isolate for 14 days, buy a ticket and then watch worlds and go back home, that's a lot of money down the drain. 2019 is more closer to 2020 with what happened, it was held in europe, a european team made it to the finals, and then they lost but the crowd still cheered because there were FPX fans in the crowd because there were no restrictions, but 2020 had those restrictions and with way less people, SN were expected to win because they won the last 2 world champions before that and a Korean team havent been in an international finals since 2017 so a lot of people were rooting for their home team, their culture is much more different than our culture, the Damwon players knew that this would happen, but in a couple of videos from fans in the stadium you can hear some cheering for the Korean squad. Like everyone knew this was going to happen once quarters were over, it would be a heavy LPL favorite in the finals and due to restrictions again not a lot diversity with the fans, like we all know that you could barely hear the cheering but they do that every year, the lower the volume of the fans to hear the announcers and the performance

@@hesssalmom2362 it did happen a lot in the NHL, just a part of sports, people have their pride, and some can't put their pride aside and china is a lot different with culture and how they do stuff and read through all of it and understand the points I try to make and then make an actually well thought out counter argument
