Thanks for the info, I never even noticed the "Building Shaders" notifications in the bottom right of the menu.
I have a Ryzen 5 5600X and an RTX 2060 Super and the game runs great 80% of the time with Ultra settings with DLSS at Balanced.
There are still FPS drops but switching to "High" Texture quality seems to help a lot.
Is the mouse camera movements jitters fixed?
