My case description was very nice. I don't think they're giving approval to people unless they have an established website/business. My whole project is the emails so I am not going to have a live site before approval.

I just wrote a 3 line summary and I got accepted.
even after using the template and explaining everything, they are rejecting everytime.
This should be done with the main domain as identity verified and before adding more identities?
