YOU West Midlands Leadership Day - cadet focus

Youth organisations - including the Cadet Forces, Scouts, Police Cadets and other uniformed youth groups - allow young people to gain incredible skills such as teamwork, leadership and organisation.
As well as developing skills, they also open up a world of new opportunities and experiences - and fun!
We attended a leadership activities day held by YOU West Midlands (Youth Organisations in Uniform) and asked cadets from St Paul’s School for Girls CCF to tell us what they love about being part of their Combined Cadet Force and the benefits they have gained.
