We like to do things differently to set us apart from other highlight channels on youtube.
There's several steps that goes from recording to the actual final video, we like to:
-Editing and highlighting the best relevant moments of the play, adding transictions to make it feel smother to watch while creating a storyline
-Add both play POV's to create a more immersive video and shows both sides of the confrontation
-Mute the backgroud noise to make the protagonist/s of the video sound clearer and mute curse words and other inappropriate language.
-Edit footage from other creators where we added a storyline or commentary by:
Editing and cut the best conversations parts, cutting out the borings part and put them together while adding transictions to make it feel smother to watch and creating a storyline
Zooming in and out to the key video engagement factor either being a streamer or a specific play
Add both POV's when 2 persons are talking to each other on the same subject to increase overall experience to the viewer and better understandment of the storyline
On top of that, we like to:
Include the video owner in the description and show the twitch link on screen throughout the video.
Create a compelling title to enhance the video storyline and draw the viewer in
Edit the thumbnails enhancing the purpose of the video, always making sure it serves as a preview for the content of the video alonside with the title. I like to add funny quotes to the thumbnails to give the viewer a depper understanding of the content of the video.

What Zellsis is saying is right. No ones gonna care that Som was top fragging the whole series with him and FNS carrying NRG in Bind. People are gonna say "Som threw Pearl" because PRX won the series. I am not blaming Som for what happened throughout the game. I am saying however that people will only focus on this one mistake even though you cannot really say that he costs them the whole series.

People are stupid asf if they think they lost the series because of som. Nrg could have closed out the game way before at the 12-11 scoreline, but they threw a 5v3 as a team collectively. Even on bind they threw a few rounds which could have helped them win the map. Som made a misplay, but theres no way the game loss was his fault

That round NRG viper and kj should've cleared CGRS, mindfreak should've not hold s0ms and plant spike for a 2v1, s0m shouldn't retreat as the smoke did not cover half of the lane, s0m did nothing wrong, just losing a 1v1 fight...

Maybe he got a comms to just hide with cove since they think CGRS would probably just W key'ing it (which actually happened) but who knows? Even if he run, by the time s0m throws his cove CGRS is already almost behind it and rush the cove. In the end, it's just different way of 1v1 and s0m just fumbled the bag that's it, and I don't blame him for it.

It's not fair to blame individual plays for the losses that a team takes, it's a team, they gotta think about how bad/good they did overall. Yes, individual plays matter but Chet himself said that *they* threw a couple of rounds in Pearl, you can't just blame one person and forget the whole team's performance. Much love to s0m.
He was not blaming for the map loss. He was saying that, unfortunately, bad 1v1 decisions WILL matter when choosing players, or benching them.

I guess s0m thought he was a lot closer so he waited, so the play wasn't all bad tbh, plus looking at it again, I think CGRS could've killed him before he got to top mid so I understand why he did that. Again tho, you can't blame s0m fully for their loss. NRG been throwing so many rounds on both pearl and bind which would've handed them the win and s0m has been by far the most consistent player on the roster.

I think Crashies is also a little at fault. I know we didn't get his POV, but if you look at the mini map then it looks like he either whiffed a few shots or at least shouldn't have died to Jinggg since they had the flank advantage. If Crashies survived then it would've been a definite win.

the thing is, in that moment, s0m probably thought cgr was really close, so he probably thought that he didn't have enough time to throw down the cove and run. if cgr was actually right behind him or rlly close, he could've definitely shot s0m in the back as he was running by peeking out of the cove. the thing is tho, cgr wasn't that close, which is why s0m lost the round
also just adding on to my comment there was a lot of pressure on him. he already got three kills, his team got slaughtered by cgr, and it's a 1v1 clutch

i think there are two scenarios why he did that:
1. he didn't know cgrs still far away from him
2. he wanted to show how big brain he was by guessing cgrs would pass through smoke to the spawn but unfortunately cgrs knows he's behind the box

During this masters event there was a charity challenge event, for every shorty kill they would donate to the pro player’s family that just recently died. I think that incentives s0m trying to get a shorty kill instead of just running away because he thought it would been an easy kill.
Honestly if som ran there he might have been caught by cgrs facing the other way which is much worse imo. Remember that s0m doesn't see, cgrs's position like we do lol. Can't blame him.
What do you mean by facing the other way? He got the info from his teams KJ lurked till spawn, the spike dropped, and it's the last 15 seconds. His decisions to wall and ult is correct, but ego holding that box is what cost him the map
No it was indeed a misplay by Som but the excessive hate is crazy when there were other mistakes by other players. He could’ve just threw the orb farther up so that he could run into it and avoid being spammed even if he would’ve been caught in the back

I think Som made the right play as a gamble play to stall time and get the time down to end the rnd. Unfortunate that CGRS knew he was there and made it in time to end him before the rnd ended.
That was tough. I wanted PRX to win but felt bad for s0m after that round, I think it's easy for people to mock the play as stupid but I guess he doesn't know if he is actually safe to cross back to spawn so just tucks in. Especially hard because he was by far the MVP of the series even though he's playing controller but ultimately as Zellsis says that is a haunting round and if they took that round it's extremely likely they win this series 2-0. Nonetheless, s0m has been amazing since stepping up to NRG and played amazing in his first Masters, sure he will be just as good at Champs.

They already tell him, it just that Som inexperience against SEA player never makes him thought Cgrs gonna rush in the smoke like a NA player. Som covered the clear angle using a shorty, not the middle of smoke.

To all the people saying he couldn't run , he would have got shot , he had no idea where cgrs was, clearly you guys don't play valo, harbour ult shows the position of the player + all the sounds. He knew that he was behind his wall and only 8-9 sec were left. Instead of what he did , he could have threw the cove near spawn and ran towards it. But it's fine everyone makes mistakes but instead of justifying it u should learn from them.

But the harbor stun was right behind his wall and he could hear CGRS running at him so he probably thought he didn't have enough time to throw down the cove and run, also he messed up his cove so it took a while to activate leaving him no time to run. He couldn't have played that better.

Simple maths, the distance of both hallways is different. See how in the video the streamer's first instinct was to tell him to run ? Cause he is better than u at analysing the situation.

Even I know that he should have run but he made a mistake and lingered around for too long and also messed up his cove so he just couldn't run anymore because he would get shot in the back and sOm is not gonna do simple maths in this situation. The pressure got to him and locked him in that corner.

Only in youtube comments section you can find many "radiant" player with 0 LAN experience bashing out an actual pro player making mistakes. Truly they never make mistakes while playing ranked on their couch for sure.
That aside, what S0m did is bad. He choked that play so hard. No excuse. Misplay happens, at bad timings too for him. I hope he bounce back for the next event.

Well that was definitely a bad play from him. I really wanted him to win Tokyo although it was tough. He did the most amazing the whole series. W Stripper, but he failed to deliver when it mattered the most. Now don't hate me for saying this. Just for perspective, we would always remember 100T Bang for that game winning clutch against Leviathan when all the odds were against him. Similarly when someone does such a misplay at an OT when the odds were majorly in your favor, no matter how consistent you were, it will be forever remembered and criticized.

CGRS had less than 6 seconds to Grab spike + plant while he was not on site yet and s0m had visibility of that. I think in s0m's perspective at the time, the possible shorty clip was better than the likelihood of running with the knife out and then getting shot from behind.

But cgrs think that som was near the wall so he decided to catch him instead of planting because he wide swing makes it no time left

big cope. a sub with only 10 days of prep still gave prx a 3rd place finish at worst. Aside from fnc who stomped them, prx definitely have decent odds against any team right now
@@MrMeh23 wouldn't even say its cope. nrg had multiple rounds to close it out but just couldn't. so it's just OK. am still a fan and still a supporter however personal bias wouldn't make me just shit on prx and say some dumb excuse like "they were lucky" or just point out rounds that could've been won or played better by nrg- i'm not even trying to say they are bad, tough game. prx look good even AT 4/5 strength.
actually my APAC bias is prx too so, it's nice to see them doing so well without something and i would like to see him make it to see how well the team does internationally
People are blaming it on s0m and rightfully so, but I think the entire NRG team deserves some fault for that play. You’re telling me none of them could’ve commed to him to just run and let time run out? & yes I know most people are going to say “they were dead” and that people that are dead don’t comm but in this situation that clearly is an important one, all of NRG KNEW that s0m was making a bad play/mistake by not running and they could’ve just quickly commed it. Even if s0m did get the kill, it wasn’t the correct play
i agree its common for dead teammates to give comms like these especially if its a risky play. NRG is just washed rn and they are not playing their best
U don’t comm in a clutch situation. The only thing you you comm is the location of the player. Which S0m already knew. Telling the player what to do in a clutch situation is back-seat gaming even if it seams like the smarter play. In an alternate universe, if S0m did the play that his teammates told him to do, they would at fault. There is never 100% a better play in clutch situation, so you don’t tell the last player alive what to do. If you look at cove placement by S0m, there was still a chance for CGRS to kill S0m if he ran away assuming he had his knife the whole way through. That 30% chance is enough for your teammate to shut up if it can lead to the wrong play.
@@S3rkist you’re probably the 10% of people that have that view. Comming when you’re dead is USUALLY bad unless it’s literally at Masters with the game on the line. If his teammates told him to run early on, he def would’ve got away. The correct play was to run away 100%. Even if s0m got the kill, it wasn’t the correct play. It just wasn’t. Guarantee you make a poll and ask every pro player on what they do in that situation and all of them say run away. That’s the correct play.

@@Aefax bruh did you understand my sentence bro? NRG would not even have a CHANCE to win if not for his flank. The reason that he was in that position in the first place is because he made a play. If not it would have been a 2v4 or even 1v4 retake because CGRS flanked them too in spawn.

craziest part it was 100% safer to do what he did. He crouched behind an unbreakable smoke that he couldnt get hit through his shorty just hit like a napkin. if he runs cgrs 100% would have had at least 2 bullets to shoot him while moving.
