You 2 doing in the instacart orders makes me want to do instacart again as a shopper. Even though I know there's frustration dealing with no customer response and sometimes with low quantities of what the customer ordered, seeing you communicate with the customer, seeing the scroll on the side of the screen (screenshot) and doing the sound effects makes me smile. Love your videos!
Even though they were non responsive I always just replace if there’s another adequate replacement. The only time I don’t replace if there’s flavors being involved

Our Publix recently had a BOGO on Publix chicken. For a solid week it was crazy and then at the end ppl couldn't get the chicken and wouldn't respond and of course....here comes the low rating! Luckily they were removed. IC needs to implement a rule that if you are rating anything under 5 you need a reason! Some of these people are just ridiculous. I try to be respectful to the customer and if they do not have a replacement listed I'll inform them that their item is unavailable and I'll send a pic of a good replacement. They usually respond and if not I refund. I'm not going to guess on a replacement for them. There has to be a suggested replacement (which they choose) and not the stupid possible replacements (the IC suggest) I'm personally a picky brand person so for a shopper to just replace without my approval would tick me off. I remember one year I wanted some meat (can't remember) and I'm glad I caught it because they replaced it with something that was 75$! I think it was prime rib and I'll usually do 3 ribs but they did like half a dang cow. LOL

Less confusion and label your bags the same way when you bag them.
