When talking about risk, the Chinese regulations are over blow actually. As a Chinese lawyer, I would say that the laws and rules in China are much in stable condition than you imagined which will never be changed or revoked due to the unrelated reasons like leadership change or politics I mean. The recent changes in the legal system in China in most cases occur due to the commitment of OPEN MARKET like new Foreign Investment Law which gives the foreign investor more security than ever.

But how about the quality of law execution by local officials?

Very interesting. Guessing the allure of the market reduces when you realise business foundations are on shaky ground especially as foreign technology firms have seen

Yes, China is advanced. The absence of rights and activism against human rights Violations means you can launch and forcefully scale anything. Stop looking at China as an example of excellence. Ask yourself: excellence at what human cost?

Excellence? How about one billion people out of poverty in 20 years. And it is so funny for you to talk about human rights as a muslim, or as an indian or whatever.

@@yaokongqi the second part of your comment gives away your racism and xenophobia. You assume that Muslims do not stand for human rights (they do) and just because of your racist projection about Indians, you assume they don't either. My original comment takes aim at policy makers and nation leaders, not citizens. Your comment does. I will not debate a racist person, there is no hope for you.

Human rights is also providing clean drinking water and sewage systems, human rights is providing reliable energy supply, human rights is providing nutrition and sustenance to the population, human rights is providing free education and health care.

China become so advanced so quicly that now any Chinese with money wanted to leave China ASAP. You were right. Human rights violations made the Chinese youth lose hope for the future.
Young people are lying flat no work, no dating, no marriage,no kids. Soil contamination, water shortage , air pollution, aging crisis ...China is going down at a faster speed than it had grew for the past 40 years. India should be very careful and grow more sustainably. China self-destruct itself in the pursuit of being No.1.

I am looking for information related to the site group model many Southern Chinese companies have been employing but recently are getting shut down quickly by Western Social Media platforms - what other models are emerging to counteract this failing model?
