- We show how we arrived at the Teesdale Barnard Castle Caravan and Motorhome Club Site and Trev walks around and we see what its like during the August Bank Holiday Weekend in 2021.

Thanks for watching our videos. We include all things to do with motorhomes, campervans, van conversions, caravans and the great outdoors. We mainly tour the UK and camp around 80 nights per year in our 2021 IH Motorhomes N-680 CRL luxury VW Crafter van conversion. We offer advice, tips and tricks, review campsites and associated products or services. We also occasionally make videos about other trips we take without the motorhome.

Yes just the road alongside the site gets busy at certain times of day. Otherwise a lovely site to visit. Great facilities 😃 Trev

Yes plenty of space when towing although the road near pitch 51 was a little snug and a twin axle couldn’t get on their chosen pitch. There was another a bit further up that was fine 😃👍🏻 Trev

Looks like a really great campsite. I'd stay there. Love your parks always have dog spots.
This is another club site and their standards are quite high. We have selected quite a few on our current tour but mixed in some independent campgrounds too 😃 Trev

I remember going there in 2010 if I remember correctly when it had only been open for a week or two it looks much more established than it did then - I wonder if they have refurbished as you mentioned in the video - hope you got your eyes tested when you were there haha 😂
It’s still a very nice site and yes I think it’s had an upgrade. I understand that there is an extension to the site already being constructed so it’s going to get even bigger before too long. The eye tests were fully booked 🤣🤣 take care 🚐👍🏻 Trev
Keep an eye out for a little white dog that's answers to pops on the way round the campsite

That is some facilities block! Most aren't that big, are they?
Some are even bigger. They have just about everything in them including baby changing, disabled rooms, laundry room, dish washing room…. And so the list goes on 😃 It’s great if you need all that stuff but who wants to do washing and ironing when you are on a road trip ? Not me !! 🤣🤣 Trev
