I love you guys because im a dancer myself and i have 4 sister and i respect a lot that you guys do cuz i did insane tumbling for a while and it hurt like crap and now i have knee problems and im not even in high school yet
I second this I had a fitting with @thepointeshop with Josephine when she did a fitting in Orlando at Nikolay and she is so detailed about every little thing to get you in the right shoe and I was dealing with sinking and twisting for years and I would just end up having to like try different widths and different lengths and found out I was just in the wrong shoe. I just needed to change the shape of the shoe.

Josephine from the point shop was at Nikolay Orlando and basically previous point shoe fittings all that would change would be my width and length being changed, but not the actual shape of the shoe so I was dealing with constant sinking and twisting, but Josephine was able to switch the shape of my shoe and I was able to not have those problems anymore and now it’s just discovering within that shape of shoe the best shank because I kill shoes very fast but Josephine at the pointe shop is amazing and she does do virtual fittings
I’d like to read a lot this year. My goal is to read at least 80 books. In addition to that, I think I should stretch more and to some strenghtening exercises as well more regularly.
I want to finish one of my many novels. 🤷 It's getting ridiculous how I write so much then get stuck and start on a different book. 🤦 The struggle is real. 😂 I also need to start reading again. Been in a bit of a slump. I need to get into a regular exercise/stretch routine I can handle.
About 20 years ago; I entered into the Survivor Finale show in Central Park and won! My son and I were in the audience. My two youngest kids never missed a show and I still watch today.
I have a pod cast idea! How about talking about females choreographers? For some reason I feel all the choreographers I can immediately think of (because of a famous ballet) are all males choreographers, like Petipa, Balanchine, Jerome robbins, etc.
I had a journal when I was 14 did few times than stop. It is crazy to look back what you did in your life. I should start again since ai started a new career in life as a young adult. For podcast, can be talking about dance, life, healthy habit. Etc.. going more in depth too. You belief and philosophy. All up to you. How you want to engage your audience.
Rachel you should listen to two sisters and a cup of tea podcast, they go through different books of the bible and they have some great ideas that they talk about xxx
