I own #670 (a 2014 560 Ultra) Couldn’t be happier. I love my trailer. Everything about it. It’s built like an old wooden sailboat. Just beautiful and everything is of the highest quality. The team at Camp-Inn are some of the best in the biz, I email them often and am always met with friendly knowledgeable advice. Cary has been more than helpful over the almost year I’ve had mine answering every question, always quickly and accurately. I’m the second owner and he has never made me feel as if there is any difference between me and the first owner. Awesome folks, awesome product. Thanks Cosmo for adding one more to the very few videos that can be found on these trailers. I’ve watched the other 7 so many times I have them memorized.

Beautiful trailor ! Only wish it had seating allowing you to look out the large window area and enjoy the view like the Vistabule. Instead, your back is to the window and the view is cabinets and an air conditioner. Still, very well thought out and excellent quality. Like the idea of the 'entrance tent'.
Hi Chris. I agree totally. This was my thinking when I purchased my Vistabule. The 560 Camp-Inn was neck and neck but the reasons you stated influenced my choice. Both trailers are the top of the market in quality and features. Both trailers appeal to different buyers. There is a lot to be learned for any buyer in the Vistabule tour I did and the Camp-Inn tour. Both of these companies provide OUTSTANDING support for their products. I am not a shill of any trailer company. It irks me when I see another channel hyping a brand which is nothing special for personal profit. There is true briliiance in design here. It's smart, sturdy, beautiful and shows true artistry. No formaldehyde is one of the many pluses. Everything seems to be so well thought out. I wish these two blokes all the success. I also want a 560.

Cosmo, your videos are the best. I think I've watched them all, some more than once. I studied teardrops, including Camp-Inn, for five years fifteen years ago before I found a couple of guys nearby who built "Queenie" for me for around 8K. She is simple and has been perfect for me for ten years. I hadn't looked at Camp-Inns for a long time and the ongoing improvements are impressive. 73s.

There is one thing, I would prefer flattop finders, that are strong enough to stand, but mainly to use as table surfaces on both sides.
@@CosmoWeems I know what you mean! I like the mahogany veneers on the CI and the front profile of the 560. What I like about the Vistabule is the windows and the front facing sofa with table and feet drop bins. The red leather couch of the CI is eye catching too for sure. it just looks very high end boat finish style to me.
I have a T@G camper and I love it, but I have to admit this is the best camper I have ever seen. Thanks for sharing.

I agree. You can see the amount of thought and experience that goes into these rigs. I see a lot of campers and for me nothing comes close to Vistabule and Camp-inn. I wish I could combine the two into Camp-Inn-Vistabule model!

No one builds in a many features as Camp-Inn. Quite outstanding. The trailer I have Vistabule shares some DNA with Camp-Inn. The owner of Vistabule learned how to make trailers from Camp-Inn and you can see some Camp-Inn ethics in a Vistabule too. Both fine makers that lead the field. =Cosmo

We have the Camp-Inn 550 model, and just love it. Very well engineered, and our Subaru Outback can easily pull it.

Cary and Craig are awesome! We just ordered one of their roadtoad models to tow with our tesla model 3. Only weighs 400 lbs. bare bones but we sleep in the car :)
Ha When I was there they spoke about a Tesla owner taking the Toad out to check how the car could pull it. Enjoy the toad gears are turning in my head about ways to customize it. I will bet you a penny you end up sleeping in the toad before a season is done. Enjoy and thanks for commenting. =Cosmo
@@CosmoWeems I'd take that bet :) we're not getting HVAC in the toad- just using it for storage and will be building a luggable kitchen in the back. The Tesla is a really great climate controlled environment- one of our friends calls it our 'life pod'. It's a little snug (twin sized mattress) but we don't mind. Cosmo, saw your post on tnttt. I was hoping you'd eventually get to Necedah to check out Camp-Inn. If I wasn't a DIYer and had the money a Camp-Inn would be my first choice. I've been on their factory tour three times. Can't get enough. Those guys definitely know their stuff. If you come through the southern UP you're welcome to stop in for a night. We're just a couple miles from Iron Mtn.

Wow. Just Wow! Exquisite Form and Function. LOVE the curved wood and details. The demographics are always interesting. My hub and I are only in our mid 40s, but no kiddos.
It looks like their larger tear drop might fit him, I don't know that I wanna wait for him to shrink. 😉 It sounds like even fully loaded they are still light enough for a basic SUV. I like the idea of the side tent but the whole point of going for a trailer is so I don't have to deal with wet tents (PNW). So many details to consider. So fascinating. Thanks for sharing.

Glad you had a chance to take the tour and meet the owners. I picked up my Camp-Inn Ultra 560 (build number 1032) beginning of October. Took more than 9 months to receive it, but I’m glad to get it when I did, complete with stereo, A/C, furnace, complete galley, solar panels, mahogany paneling, etc, etc. I’ve spent that last few weeks detailing it out with the equipment I want to take with me as part of the trailer when I travel. Many of those items are those recommended by you. I have big travel plans ahead for 2022.

We have had our CampInn since 2014. She (Ozark Traveler) has been a lot of places since her birth. She lives in the Ozark Mountains in Arkansas. When not exploring, she stays in our garage. We have slept in her 209 nights. She has been on over a 109 trips. She is perfect. Customer service is excellent, and why wouldn't it be with the quality and thought that has been put into her. We feel we made the right choice when we invested our hard earned money into her. I hope to retire soon and look forward to many more adventures with her and my husband. I think my husband about drove the manufacturers crazy with questiojn

I agree. Vistabule and Camp-Inn are collectable like antique cars that gain value when people realize the craftsmanship and skill. I am not one for fiberglass and synthetics. When your in one of these trailers it is a lot different than sitting in a soulless fiberglass or composite rig. Wood had a soul and radiates warmth, it soothes the eyes. (In my opinion) =Cosmo

I recently bought fire "blankets" for my family members to keep near their kitchens to quickly smother a fire. No expiration date that I know of and no need to stop to read the directions under duress. I wonder if this might be an improvement to carry along instead of a traditional fire extinguisher.

The biggest problem with wheelchair users and accessibility is the assumption that wheelchair users have strong upper extremities. I don’t know the numbers but it would surprise me if half of all wheelchair user’s could transfer across from their chair to a parallel surface. I bought a wheelchair bus to build an accessible camper that could accommodate my husband and his abilities. He died before I found the right lift. After caring for him for 15 years, I learned a thing or two. I have, and continue to have, given serious thought to coming out of retirement to assist a company who is serious about accessibility for all wheelchair users, especially those who have weak arms and cannot perform a seat transfer.

Hi Phyllis. I am very happy with my trailer. I cant live without the features it has. I was VERY close to buying a 560 at time of purchase so the trailers (Vistabule and Camp-inn) are in a tie. Depends on needs. My rig has a 9 gallon water tank. I carry a few water containers for fresh water. I dont drink tank water - Most people I hang with dont drink tank water. Hi Ron. yes I am aware Bean is investing a lot of money in advertising. There is no right or wrong just what works best for you. It is common for a buyer to be unsettled until they see "the trailer" and something clicks. This is a big purchase. If you are trying to "like" a trailer but something is wrong in your feelings - you are not ready to buy. I evaluated trailers for a year before deciding. It was neck and neck with Camp-Inn and Vistabule. Vistbule won in my case because of some features that I needed.I would make the same decision for the same reasons today. Hi Todd I agree. I think both Vistabule and Camp-Inn are making the best quality and feature filled trailers available. The experience they have camping and building is second to none. Easy solution to the sink being in the corner of the table and countertop. The table extension accessory slips on to the table mounts and moves the table to the side so the owner can stand in front of the sink. It also allows for more room for two people to work in the galley. Most all customers opt for this accessory.
I love my HW popup camper, but I could be very happy with this. Wish I could afford one :-)

Does all that gluing off-gas in a new camp-inn. I would imagine not all tear drops involve so much gluing?? Just curious.
Very impressive!!
We use urethane glues that are done off gassing in 2 days. Many customers have chemical sensitivities which is why we focus so much on glues and finishes used to assure there are no off gassing upon completion.

They sell for about the same price a similar quality trailers. But Camp-Inn and Vistabule deliver outstanding quality. I would urge you to look at both and consider what meets your needs best. They make a beautiful trailer. That finish is nice. BUT, I don't like the kitchen set up. For example, if you are cooking, you are leaning way over to reach the stove. If your counter has cooking supplies on it and you need in the dry storage, you would need to rotate you skillet handle, slide all your cooking supplies to one side, open the lid, remove the silverware tray, place it on a table (which already has a cooler on it), than grab the dry goods out of the bottom storage. Than place every thing back in place to continue, and hope you remembered it all to not do it again.

They are better than most trailers I see. My least favorite are the burners that slide out of the side of the trailer with no counter space. Your kitchen looks pretty nice. @@CosmoWeems Hey Cosmo, I'm envious of your style. Oh, my kitchen has issues, no doubt. I agree, not all set ups work for all. That is just my opinion. I use to tell my kids when they would point out someone who is different just how boring the world would be if we were all the same. The important thing is to go and get outside. See you out there.
