Stayed here in 2018. Not a good experience. Just read another bad review on Tripadvisor posted on the 9th August 2022. It is still pretty bad. Here is a bit of it : The restaurant was ridiculously hot, and was very uncomfortable to eat. To sit and watch families and couples sit and fan themselves whilst eating, that is not normal! We struggled most days to eat in the restaurant as it was too hot! Yes we know there is an option to upgrade to a ‘club member’, but after spending a large amount on a hotel that was so disappointing, they didn’t deserve anymore of our hard earned money! We noticed that there was a ceiling fan in the club area, is that some kind of joke? Is this so that they can eat more comfortably than the rest? Is this a luxury, to be cool? I couldn’t help but feel that this was on purpose so we ate less.. maybe that’s me thinking into things! There was flies on the open pastries, and open food for lunch and dinner. There was no covers on cold food. The food was unbelievably repetitive, so much so that you knew where absolutely everything was in the restaurant. The only thing they seemed to switch up was the fish, and the ocasional switch of meats. We found it that repetitive we decided to eat lunch at the snack bar, and towards the end of the trip we decided to eat out. (China Garden a few mins walk, was excellent! Cheap, unbelievably friendly, and Aircon!!!!)
The pool area is tiny and in the shade. The food is awful and repetitive low quality. The guests are rough like extras from Shameless. Beer tastes weird like vinegar. Nothing much for kids to do. It’s a long way from the beach. If you don’t want a sun tan, on a weight loss diet, like rough people then maybe this hotel is ok. But there’s far far better hotels in Benidorm for the same price.
I've been there about 30 Times, I love it I've been there twice this yr already 2024 and I'm going back in November 😊 just saying from Glasgow 🇬🇧👍💙😎

Best hotel in Benidorm in my eyes
Just had a week here ,came home Saturday ,lovely hotel ,food was amazing ,great for kids ,pool was great , would definitely stay here again.

The rooftop was only for guests, at least then 👍🏼 adults recommended too

Are there Smurfs stuff in Benidorm

They have spoilt the roof top terrace area. There will not be enough sun beds now. This will stop us going back to this hotel.
