    Cooks gluten free bread

    Cajun pasta recipe (I don’t typically measure- so sorry everything isn’t exact!)
    - smoked andouille chicken sausage
    - mushrooms
    - shrimp
    - coconut milk
    - parm cheese
    - garlic
    - noodles of choice
    - cajun seasoning, garlic salt, smoked paprika, pepper
    - fresh parsley
    Cook sausage & slice into 1/4 inch pieces, set aside
    Cook shrimp for 2 mins on each side (season with Cajun seasoning, cayenne pepper, garlic salt, & pepper. All TO TASTE preference)
    Add mushrooms & cook for 2-3 mins stirring occasionally
    Add sausage to shrimp & mushrooms
    In separate pan heat a few tablespoons of butter on low-med heat
    Add garlic, cook for 1-2 mins (don’t let it burn)
    Add coconut milk (about 2 tablespoons, you can add more later if the sauce needs to be thickened) & stir
    Season with smoked paprika, garlic salt, & cayenne pepper (again to taste preference. Depending on how spicy you like your food.)
    Add parm cheese (about 1/2 cup) & whisk
    Let simmer for 2-3 mins
    In separate pot boil your noodles of choice (good with spaghetti, fettuccine, or penne)
    Add shrimp, sausage, & mushrooms to sauce
    Add noodles to sauce
    Cook on low for about 10-15 mins to let flavors marinate
    Top with fresh parsley
    Enjoy!

    I loved this! Just started a gluten free diet to see if it helps with my bloating and anxiety. Love how realistic this was. You should do another one since it’s been so long since you made this one. I’d love to see your new food ideas

    This was awesome!! You eat a lot of functional good nutrition, so nice to see 👍🏻 I ALWAYS have peaches and apples with a handful of almonds and some cheddar so that combination made 💯 sense to me lol

      They're very easy! I just shredded chicken in the instant pot and to prepare the black beans and I heat them up in a pan with salt, pepper, & garlic powder. Serve with cheese, avocado, and lime :)

    Everything looked really yummy. Need to try those cauliflower krisp. You could probably make little pizzas from them. ☺️ I'll eat hotdogs by themselves sometimes. That spaghetti looked yummy. Some gluten free pastas are really good. Cheddar goes with apples. Those crackers probably was good with them. Nut thins are so good.

    I’ve been diagnosed with celiac and have been GF for over a year now however they found my celiac by accident and I don’t actually have any of the symptoms most people get after eating gluten. I know I’m very lucky to be this way but it’s hard mentally because I can’t eat gluten but if I did I literally wouldn’t feel anything so like what’s the point? 😃

      Oh wow! That is kind of incredible they discovered it for you then. I know that celiac disease is considered an autoimmune disease and I have heard it can cause damage to your intestines and organs if not properly managed. So it might not effect you in the moment but in the long term it could become a huge problem. Try to think of it like you’re saving your body some trouble down the road 😆

    I been eating more whole foods. And juicing for just health. I feel so much better. So you make sure to purchase only items that say glutrn free? Or how do you decide what if safe for you? I have a bad allergy to wheat

      I really only buy items that say gluten free. But sometimes things are gluten free but don’t always have the label. So I have just gotten more familiar with reading ingredients. For you, just look out for the “contains wheat” label on the ingredients

      Hi! I don’t really have an exact recipe. What’s great about them is that you can really add whatever!! I typically add in chopped carrots, green bell pepper, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and sometimes bbq sauce or ketchup (adds to flavor and also keeps the burgers in tact!) You can also add an egg or bread crumbs to help keep the burgers together 👍🏼

      What bread are you eating? It could be an ingredient that doesn’t agree with you

      Megan, some people are also sensitive to other grains as well and eventually give those up too. Just something to look into for yourself. Some people have to live a little bit more strict gf life. Rice is a trigger for some.
