  • In this video we cover ways to prevent, treat and recover from pregnancy nausea, or what a lot of people refer to as morning sickness. As a labor and delivery nurse, doula and mother myself, I offer you not just what current studies say, but also tricks of the trade that other patients have shared and ones that I found helpful as well. Some recommendations are to always have a vomit bag (buy it on amazon or at your local drug store) with you, continue taking your prenatal vitamin with b6, eat frequent small meals, avoid fatty or greasy foods, and use essential oils (link to a great company that is NOT a multilevel marketing company below)! I hope this video helps you find ways to combat pregnancy nausea and find relief!
Revive essential oils are legit, but without the price of doterra or young living because it gives you the oils at whole sale price vs marking them up as part of a multilevel marketing company.

Give yourself so much grace because your body is busy using all of its energy to GROW A HUMAN BEING! Right now your body is literally taking a clump of cells and turning it into a tiny little human being with all the structures and systems like ours, so no wonder you're exhausted! Let the laundry and cleaning go for a few weeks. Do what you can and let go of the rest. It'll still be there when you feel better! And let others do for you! You got this Mama! 💗🙏🏼😘

I'm 9 weeks + 5 days and luckily my morning sickness has gotten incredibly better, however some days I still end up getting sick. I love your channel and am super glad I found it! When it was really bad for me I only ate what I could keep down just to insure I was getting something. I'm grateful it's going away but I love your tips and it's been helping me for sure!!!! Thank you for your amazing videos!!!❤️❤️❤️

I would love a video on different pregnancy complications and what is done to help treat and prevent them. I was diagnosed with preeclampsia with my last pregnancy and I was clueless as to what it was! A video helping explain would be so helpful. Thank you!

Thank you for your feedback! It's definitely an important topic and on my list! Providers have been having their patients take aspirin in subsequent pregnancies. It's been shown to help! Mention it to your practitioner.

roughly how many mg of B6 is best for morning sickness?

That's a great question! I would follow up with your provider to ask if you need to take more than the daily recommended amount.

It’s so weird, when I have the flu after I get sick I’m sick all day but with morning sickness I can get sick and bounce right back and enjoy the day
