Tbh, loving myself was one of the hardest journey I’ve been and still doing up until now. I struggle with not being mean and hard to myself and just try my best to not overlook my mistakes and take it as a lesson. Minsan iniisip ko kung bakit parang ang hirap tlga mahalin ng sarili pero pag yung ibang tao nagmahal sayo parang ang dali? Kaya lagi ko dinodoubt yung pinapakita nila sakin. Watching this video really helped and changed my perspective when it comes to self-love. Ty for this, for ur comforting words, and for sharing us some of ur realizations.
