Hi my test will be at 11.45am tomorrow in Frankton. i have a question. At that time in school zones, yellow flashings lights are not operating. So do i need to drive 40kmh or 50kmh?
hello, sorry for the silly question but out of curiosity did the instructor add anything else at the end when they said abt you doing “too much movement” during the parallel park? bc i have my test soon and that’s the 1 thing i’m worried about hahah is doing the park
She didn't add anything else. I think parallel parking is not considering critical error even if you didn't do it properly. I didn't have any critical error when I did the test.
I think it's because he did a few extra movements to get the car straight. They expect you to get it in 2-3 movements; reversing while turning left, then turning right to straighten, and you're allowed to move forward one more time to park evenly/straighten your wheels. Doing an extra back and forth is not really liked during the test, but any error for it seems to be up to the discretion of the driver unfortunately
@@shadycatz85 oh that’s cool! yeah i had my test a few weeks ago and it all went well :) i def did a lot of movement on the parallel but the instructor didn’t end up mentioning it hahah
@@daryllcaling lmao I failed bcus the other car just suddenly turn right when he should be giving way so the instructor had to engage the handbrake then boom immediate failure
Anyone from Auckland, having to drive down to Hamilton for a driving test and how did you find it?
Thanks bro I passed my test without any mistakes 😊
Congratulations 🎉
Did they use the same route?
@@alysha4356I don't think so.

As far as I know you have to drive 50kmh IF the yellow flashing lights are NOT on. Goodluck mate 👍🏼
