@@ThePamimo I think you'll find that being the opening band generally has less to do with talent and more to do with exposure. I was recommended this band on FaceBook. This band needs to be known by more people, they're underrated. But I guess most underrated bands are the good ones lol.
True. It's also because most things now are watered down and for money. Less passion and more simple generic productions. True magic and art is deeper. It's more beyond and overlooked.
This band is litteral perfection...but dude... the singer... He sounds and looks like his losing his mind ..... and you can't help but follow along. Absolutely insane how good they are.
This band is absolutely insane and the lyrics are so meaningful. The singer also literally sounds like he is breaking down emphasises the despair of the lyrics. As an Aussie, this is my favourite band of all time without a doubt
This has been and will remain to be my favourite metalcore song. So sad that Ryan didn't find his remedy... or maybe he did. RIP, Polaris will not be the same after you're gone.
Bought their first EP as I was so impressed but usually these things don't pan out for most heavy bands. SO GLAD they came back as this music hits me in all the right places. Please support bands you love by buying their record, you never know how much it helps. Love from Hong Kong x
I saw these guys a couple days ago and I have to say that this band put on one of the highest energy performances I’ve ever seen. I was absolutely blown away.
Saw them in Copenhagen with Beartooth and Architects. Hadn't really heard Polaris before, but now I listen quite often. Their screams/cleans are perfectly matched and their overall atmosphere in their music is very powerful. Really great stuff!
Easily one of your best songs. Been following you guys since Summit, all the way from Buffalo NY. Really hope you make your way out here soon bc me and my friends are dying to see you.
For the record, I was dying to hear a new band with good sound a few years ago and heckin Polaris delivered. These guys are (or they used to be) the real thing...
Not only do I find this song rad as fuck but knowing it was written by these boys makes me realize metalcore is still in good hands for the upcoming years. Easily one of the best songs of 2017 so far. Easily. Great job boys, excited for the album.
Something about the clean vocals in this song give me a nostalgic feeling of early 2000's, like I would find this as a soundtrack playing Tony Hawk or Burnout in my PS... the fuck? Polaris why you playing with my feelings like dat bois?
New school meets the old. Absolutely flawless. Gave me goosebumps and transported me right back to the late 90’s and early 2000’s. All the memories of driving around looking for skate spots came flooding back to me.
These lyrics mean a lot to me. "Black clouds hover low like a curse!" SO true. Even on a sunny day the clouds hang low like a curse. The sun is always just behind the clouds.
this album is a wicked colaboratio from allot of artests in a ton of different rolls - it even includes the vocalest from architects in the song the remedy. epic

This song has been on constant repeat the song is a master piece the cleans are amazing, the melody is amazing, and the music just fits the song really well all in all polaris you have really done well good job guys !!!!
This band is amazing. Cleans are beautifuk, screams are energetic, music is awesome. This must be the only metalcore band I really liked in the past 5 years. Amazing.

This reminds me of Michael Cera dancing at the beginning of Superbad haha. And what a delicious track! Seen them live 6x this year and it's not enough.
I just have to say that I've been hooked ever since I heard this song debut on liquid metal. I had to scoop up both albums on vinyl. You guys are awesome!

Polaris are Australia's architects. The best mix between technical riffs and catchy af choruses
They're quite different bands both of them are great
And I'm so happy i will see both soon *.*
So funny just heard these guys and that was my first thought
Love em both but theyre never on the level of architects. Theres a reason they are the opening act and not the main act at the coming tour.

Best band's are always underrated
Because they are too good to be understood or truly realized. Kidding. It's because it's more personal and a certain kind of unique.
So very true friend...
Most bands that are popular are not hungry anymore, they start to rest on their success that's why often the first 2 Albums are the best

God, those cleans give me the chills.

I love that early 2000s anthemic chorus vibe. Needs to make a comeback!
