    I bought a set before driving my kart, and now its home, i plan on installing the upgrades ive been collecting over next few weeks so its ready to go when its possible.

    How about the rear cross bar? Any protection available for that? It seems to get a lot of wear in most kart as well.

      some people don't like em, but I have to pay for my own go karts, so I use them

    What protectors are you using? Are they specific for the Tony Kart?

    Does it reduce the speed while driving over kerbs?

      Hi Dennis, thanks for your question. It is hard to say whether it would slow you down over the kerbs but plastic would cause less friction than steel. The best way to tell would be to look at your Mychron data with and without chassis protection and see whether there is any difference in the mid-corner KPH.
