Bakit ba tayo hahantong sa ganitong bagay. Yes every Filipino is brave enough to fight for the nation but is it worth dying for the country in a senseless war?
War participation is a show of patriotism and courage for the country. But wala naba tayong ibang paraan to be patriotic to our country.
In most cases, war is declared by those in power, elected leaders who are good in speeches but not in good deeds.
They’re crazy in declaring war but are actually afraid of it. When war happens, they’re the very first to exit the country leaving their people to die in misery and massive destruction.
As one philosopher puts it, “THOSE WHO WANTED WAR, NEVER FOUGHT IT. THOSE WHO FOUGHT WAR, NEVER WANTED IT.”
And the late longest serving US President Franklin D. Roosevelt also once said,
“ WAR IS YOUNG MEN DYING AND OLD MEN TALKING”.
For me, war isn’t an option to show our might and defend our right. It’s a waste of resources and innocent lives and a deprivation of our children and future generations to live in this WONDERFUL WORLD that leaders don’t care to protect but put to a serious neglect.

I'd disagree. They do have their quirks, like many cars. I had one, fourth owner of an '04 6-speed manual with 102k miles, no issues.
