      Thanks! Nice to keep these old cars on the road. Have another video coming up of all the welding I had to do to get it through its annual inspection.

    Nice..so it's recommended to replace all the glow plugs even if some of the old ones are working?

      Thanks! Well it doesn't really make much difference. I just like to put sets of parts in if I have them. Il keep the old ones for spares when these stop working

    Hey Steve, great vid, just started my '95 exceed for first time in 3 years today, driver's door handle the exact same so thanks for de demo 👍👊 I have one other issue, the third time I went to start it, all I got was very rapid clicking/ticking, no movement in the engine, is this my starter solenoid?

      Hi, thanks! Have afew more videos in the pipeline recorded on working on this car. Yeh first thing I would do is load test the batteries, then check the connections and earth straps to vehicle. If all that is ok then it's likely the starter. I just swapped mine out for a spare I had for that exact reason.

      @@StevenRobertTaylor did you crank the torsion bars or did the lift?

    • @StevenRobertTaylor
      @StevenRobertTaylor  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@efalang2228 yeh I lifted it. Nissan patrol y60 springs in the rear and indexed the torsion bars 2 splines, flipped ball joints and removed bump stops.
