Just buy the much much cheaper petrol version. I was in a Peugeot dealer the other day and was offered £17000 off the list price of this car. That tells you the amount of depreciation will be epic over three years .
Apart from that, I don’t like a car to be painted grey. It’s too similar to the road and camouflages your car rather than having a clearly visible car.
Why do testers persist in talking about the range of a vehicle instead of, more properly, the claimed range? Most owners dont seem to get anywhere near the claimed range of EVs. Otherwise, the test was informative, though Peugeot need to get more realistic with the list price. Also it can't tow. Many people need the facility to tow a light trailer short distances now and again. . Seeing as the ICE versions can tow, surely it can't be too hard to engineer the car for even a 500kg rating, like MG do. An omission by Stellantis.
It's just the best car in its category. Better than the VW Golf. So, yes, it is a benchmark. I fully agree with Peugeot. Please, be more professional. Cheers.
Amazing car as expected from Peugeot! Full of allure, with a connected driving experience!

Auto hold on the petrol?
Saw alot of reviiew with this car. The design of the car looks amazing, but with its price there alot other EV that is better for the money.

Ok👍
Personally, I prefer the previous version of the 308 Electric!!
Model 3 is £10k less!
But it has a terrible Muskiness attached to it. A real stink.
Constantly showing the ICE /hybrid platform when talking about EV is very irritating
What is the point of making a 308 Electric when they already have a Jeep Avenger on the market? That’s both less expensive AND better looking!!

Good looking, but I wonder if it will be any good!! Most pretty cars are less reliable than a comfortable car like my current Renault Zoe!!
54kWh battery in a brand new car in 2024? Compare that to MG4 Extended Range version which adds almost 20kWh more than this 308
Lower weight, feels much better to drive
This brand isn't owned by the Chinese Communist Party. Who wants to fund that lot whilst driving around in a gokart looking like a Brexiteer?
