- Hey guys! I’ve been wanting pink hair forever so I finally decided to try something temporary just to see how I’d like it! I also wanted to keep you updated on how quickly it actually washed out.

Thank you for sharing. Pretty color. I'm glad their are some temporary products we can try without spending fortune at the salon and having something so permanent. I bought a can of pink spray to try. I have seen these as well.
I really want to do it but I'm still scared that it won't come out and leave pink stains 😬

It does come out, if it doesn't the worst is a bleach bath which is not as damaging, but you can fade it out using conditioner or hair masks
dude it has legit stained my hair, just stick to schwarpzkopf semi permanent dyes

@@fabs_y i mean i put it in my hair after bleaching it so it could have just sucked it up cause my hair was dry, but personally i would just stick to other semi perms cause when the colorista first came out i remember it being kinda shit lol- all imo tho

For me it lasted more than 3 months. I washed my hair regularly and I went to vacation where I was swimming 24/7. My mom was going crazy but I was happy lmao

Hair Hack: If you overtone or want a semi permanent color out of blonde hair, just squeeze some lemons, remove any seeds, mix the juice with conditioner and apply...leave on for as long as you like...I usually wrap it and let it sit overnight but an hour or two will do! I promise, it works like a charm 😉

my friends and i are dying our hair during quarantine and our school holidays got extended by 1 week (3 weeks) and I'm scared how long it will last bc if i go back to school with pink hair i will get an automatic detention. Thanks hun love the hair!!

I tried this last summer, the lighter pinks last maybe a few days depending on your hair colour before the dye, if you're worried just wash your hair often to fade it quicker! :)

It took my hair about 1 1/2 months to completely get out the pink color from my blonde hair, that's with washing it about 3 times a week. If you wash it more it should definitely come out sooner
It also depends on how healthy your hair is and stuff
It will stay in the roots it’s just a darker shade of pink and blends better and looks better if you blend the roots a little

How unnecessary. Your teenage years are the best time to dye your hair a crazy colour. Schools are doing too much.

@@franciscadri3090 used burgundy too and my hair didn't turn into any color and it lasted one month on my hair(tbh idk how that happened bc I wash my hair every second day bc it gets greasy after one day 🤐)

I’m blonde and it costs hundreds of dollars to get it to platinum so I’m kinda scared to dye it even with temporary dye because I’m scared I’m going have to start from scratch and get my hair hole head bleached.
Sydnie_Marie07 absolutely! be careful with platinum blonde because your hair are losing pigment to get to platinum it will suck in the color you put and might stain.
Hey! If you want platinum hair, my hair is rn literally white and i used syoss cool blonde hair colour on my bleached hair, and i did it at home. Just saying it might saves u some money. ;)
I actually liked how it faded I’d even mix a little conditioner with it the first round just to achieve that “washed out” look.

When you washed your hair after fully dyeing and drying it, was the water pink? Also when your hair was still wet, does the color wear of (for example when you dry it with a towel, doesn’t the towel become pink)?
Hermine Schenzler I don’t remember it really staining towels or anything. The water was slightly pink when I would rinse it
earlier this year I used the blue one and lemme tells it DID NOT come out. like I even had to go to the hair salon to get it out but they couldn't even get it out properly. to this day my hair is still slightly green but like well im still gonna dye it pink with the colourista tehe

@@matthewd3175 I don’t know about it getting toner out but it’s worth a try. Color Oops is definitely drying for the hair but worth it to get the color out. Just deep conduit after and use pure castor oil over night.

Also some people said their hair turned green ish when The color started to fade. I think that only happens with blue (and maybe purple) or did it happen with your hair as well?

Hermine Schenzler I also died my hair blue and it slowly faded and it became a really light blue it didn’t turn green ( I used the L’Oréal colorista for the blue )
when i did my hair pink it did turn out green after a month but it wasn’t colorista, it was a permanent color so idk

I tried colorista red and it hasnt washed off for 3 months. The past 1 month ive been showering every 2 days. It has a fainted look now but still it is so hardd. Hope it doesnt stay foreverr

I used the colorista hot pink and I had it in for 3 days then I finally washed it and used treseme deep cleanse and it all came out.

Lol i've been doing my research on this stuff because my mom is like really strict and doesnt want me to perminently dye my hair and i really like my gold hair color, im just paranoid that it will leave colored patches in my hair

It is it takes a while to come out but it isn't permanent

But, I really want to experiment and I have this semi permanent colorista burgundy for like a year already and now finaly I've decided to use it 😁 I just worry that on a package it says use it for dark or light brown. What do you think? And I guess I need another product I have much longer hair.

I’ve already ordered the hot pink colorista semi permanent dye on amazon. But since I’ve ordered it I’ve heard a load of people saying it stains your hair green.. I love my hair colour (it’s golden blonde) and I really don’t want too stain it permanently. So please someone tell me if the hot pink one stains or not x

I tried the purple on my daughter and none of the color stuck. Like, at all. Her hair looked completely normal lol I don't get it. She has darker blonde hair, left it in for 30 min....whyyy haha
that usually happens when you apply it to wet hair, it will only cling to dry hair because it’s semi permanent and isn’t strong at all.
How long did you leave it in?
I used the same colour and my blonde hair has turned a bunch of colours like blue,grey,green after 6 washes :(( its not going back to my blonde and idk what to do if anyone has any tips? 💚

Did you use shampoo when washing it? Bc it's adviced to just rinse the hair and not apply any shampoo or conditioner the first time you wash it
Nvm, I actually did as the package said and the dye (which, btw, was burgundy, not even a pastel color) lasted only about 2 washes :/
