    I trained myself to be a morning person for gym and it changed my life, I know it's not for everyone and tbh with lockdowns it's kind of been hard.. But finding time to consistently workout has been amazing. I have also felt like it took finding workouts that I truly enjoyed and instructors that I was excited to see. Never ever thought I'd be a morning person.

    The whole age maturity is so true. I feel like I grew so much from 23 to 27. I feel like I've been through a lot but have come out the other end feeling a lot more confident and I just know my mind body and soul better. You're so relatable girl!

    You are so motivating and it is so comforting to hear that you are having trouble adjusting to night shift because I am currently working a full-time job that is third shift and I am also a full-time student that involves a lot of commuting and it is so hard to find time to go to the gym. I am also studying to be a CPT! I love how relatable your content is!

    A great rule if you can only workout after work is go straight to gym. Do not sit down if you have to go home, once you sit down it's game over 😅 Going to do Christmas season work were I'll start work at 5am untill the afternoon so definitely going have to change working out in the morning 😂

    I live in the Oregon valley so I totally understand the seasons taking a toll. One thing that helps me is actively going out on the gloomy days and appreciating it in a different kind of beauty. Those dreary days are awesome days to go for a drive to a pond and watch ducks. You'll be amazed at how many are in the wildlife refuges. Have cocoa by the fireplace, teach Reece a new trick, have board game nights even if it's just the two of you. Our Oktoberfest just ended but see if you have one close to your city, those are always something to look forward to rain or shine.

    I love the Werther's Pumpkin Spice Soft Caramels, Special K Pumpkin Spice Cereal, and the Pumpkin Pie Talenti Gelato (not the layered one) which I have found all at Target. SO good! I stock up every year lol

    I don’t shop at TJ a ton but I did do a fall haul. Petite Pumpkin Spice Cookies, Maple Sandwich Cookies, Maple Kettle Corn and Apple Pie Wine were my FAVES! I got the Autumnal soup but it was a little acidic for my taste. It’s less squash and more tomato than I expected. I have a tip for protein in coffee too. I mix a scoop with like 3 or 4 oz of water first and pour it in like creamer so it doesn’t clump in the hot liquid.

    3. Fiddle leaf fig plants are sooo fickle. Just read up, i water mine once a week and if i fall off the schedule she loses leaves. Just if she dies. Dont beat yourself up. Pothos and philodendrons are a great starter plant. Brasil philodendrons are gorgeous and easy to take care of.

    I go to gym classes 5x a week, and there are so many working people who are consistently there even though it's 6:30PM and they work 6AM to 6PM! I honestly love the idea of group fitness, because we're all "suffering" together and hyping each other up! After a month, I've been consistently going and getting stronger with them. :)

    I had the same problem when I tried to re-create your protein coffee :D now, I just put the milk that I would normally put in the coffee, in a shaker and mix it there with the protein and then just pour it over the coffee. It's really creamy this way! Also, I am from Germany so I won't be able to try this protein powder. But with the shaker one can literally use any powder and doesn't have to worry about it clumping. :) Great video btw

    I haven't seen anyone like those overnight oats. I also refuse to buy them because they're so much cheaper to make at home and really easy. I almost always have them in my fridge in a big container. I will do them cold for a snack or heat them up for breakfast. When you get the hang of the consistency that you like, I bet you'd like them. Mind usually always have protein powder of some kind and a smooshed up banana in them, then just oats, milk of choice and usually a fat whether peanut butter, coconut, chia...etc. So stinking good.
    I slog through running in the summer, in the south (the humidity and dew point is the freaking worst!) and the only way to get through it is by going out EARLY! The earlier the better.

    Love the video! Yes different stores definitely have different seasonal/pumpkin spice items. It depends on the region as well as if it’s more urban vs rural customer base b/c that’s what shapes supply & demand. Also for the apple cider donuts I think they’re even better if you reheat it in the toaster oven or air fryer-the sugar on the outside gets carmelized & OMG chefs kiss!!👩🏾‍🍳😘

      Also some super easy house plants that are hearty AF are ZZ plants, pothos plants (there are a lot of different varieties) & snake plants. I’ve gone out of town for 2 weeks & my babies still survived! 🙌🏾🪴🌿🌱

    1:59 your theory about the different items in TJ stores is actually correct. Every state and sometimes even the single stores have some different products, this is because of the demand and supply curve. If let's say in store 1 people buy way more samples of product x, than in store 2, store 1 will have more of these samples. If now a year later they will sell similar products, they will look at the statistics of the year before to decide whether to put this similar product in that store. So if in store 2 hardly anyone bought product x, the following year they won't sell it anymore since they would have to throw it away if no one bought it. So yes, every store has different products. Of course the main products will be the same in every TJ around America, but especially these themed products won't be the same everywhere.

    As someone who has run a handful of half marathons (in my running heyday), they are so fun!! Really great way to challenge yourself and it pushed me to be a better runner. I'm definitely more endurance/distance than speed so a half was the perfect distance for me. As for the full marathon, however, I ran exactly one in my life and hated it, full stop. My sister did it with me and she's open to doing one again (she's running the Chicago marathon actually!) but I feel like it was more of a a one and done situation for myself.

    If you want to do a half marathon, do it! I know so many people who have done half marathons (myself included), and not one single person I know has regretted it - they've all loved it and were so glad they did it!

      @@TaylorWoods I trained with my cross country team, but we trained for a 5k. And then one day I decided that I wanted to run a half marathon so I just went for it! So I'd say have a decent amounting training under your belt!

    When it comes to pumpkin spice oats I like to use the TJ Oatmeal in the blue box to which I was introduced by Whitney Simmons and put their pumpkin spice seasoning Among fruit and other toppings. I’m not huge on pumpkin spice either but I do love the TJ Maple oat milk. My fave season is Fall because of the season and my Birthday is October 6 🙌🏻

    Quick tip from my doctor - use coconut oil or cacao butter in your coffee in the morning. It helps with digestion too and it is great for your skin and hair too. It is healthy fats and really boost your metabolism . Use a spoon to mix the oil well with the coffee 🤗😸

    For that protein coffee mix: I feel like my protein needs more power to mix, as it clumps, so I put it in a blender and give it a good mix. So that works very well for me

      @@TaylorWoods probably, I’ve never considers that. We have a blender where you can add a cup to the top, since I only drink brewed cold coffee that’s left over, it’s always been convenient to me. But yes a whisk would make less noice and probably be faster

    So I have a question, doesn’t really have to do specifically with this video, but could be a video…. So I was a student athlete, now years ago, so I have exercise/work out experience, but in the last 2-4 years I have gained around 50lbs. I have been trying to get into the swing of a “healthy lifestyle” journey but have been struggling. The first 3 months of the year I focused on walking everyday, I had a 3 mile loop I did every morning, then I decided to get a trainer the first batch (April-June) I was walking and training, then my second batch (July-Sept) I had zero motivation to walk or do any cardio, so I have decided not to re-up my training because it now seems like a waste of money considering I didn’t learn why I was doing the workouts he was giving me. Just that I was on a full body Vertical/Horizontal Push/Pull workout style…. And I can barely find any internet info on that style workout routine. I find more like the Arm/Leg rotation style of workouts. How do you create a plan?

      i’m not sure how to explain it in a different than the video i guess, but i guess my anxiety and brain fog took over and i went into fight or flight mode to find a pattern that worked for me. i couldn’t sleep when i was alone and anxious, and i wanted to try something different to see how i would respond. his schedule is now a night shift so it helps to be on par with one another

      So I recommend it for after you work out to drink it it is a healthy choice to drink and gives you a energy boost it always improves gut health and immunity also it says that it’s good for weight loss but I haven’t seen any improvement on that yet then again I’ve only tried it a few times lol 😂

      i explain this a lot better in my video on why i took a break but long story short i have a lot of anxiety issues and it became very escalated when i couldn’t sleep being alone at night. i was trying to combat my inability to sleep with distracting my mind at night instead. and i’m a full time content creator (lost my job due to covid)

      hi! i explained it a bit more in a video talking about why i took my break, but to make a long story short i was having a lot of anxiety being alone at night after my bf switched to nightshift and i wanted to attempt working at night to distract myself instead of being too scared to sleep :/

      i’m proud of you too! that’s incredible! i think my biggest challenge is time and energy! my favorite workout is weight lifting, particular back workouts! and i love sweet potatoes with anything :)

Truly appreciate your well wishes and kind words means so much. What methods of relaxation would you normally use after a workout session? I definitely need to incorporate some stretching and possibly meditation but would also love to try a mineral bath for its soothing and healing benefits.     Ohh girl why a fiddle plant. They are more like advance level plants, so emotional and a little harder to take care of. If you don’t have a green thumb start with a succulent, don’t require as much care and less water, then maybe move on to like a photos plant, and upgrade from there. Plants are great for a little pick me up if you’re having issues with seasonal depression but don’t get one that will be dead in less that a month if you are new to plants. Good luck with Finn none the less 🤣🤣
