Just a tip for the protein, you can also (next to meat) eat eggs, dairy products like low fat yoghurt or cheese etc, peas, beans, lentils, soy, tofu or tempeh for example to up your protein game! Some people also suggest nuts, but I like to see them more as a healthy fat source, but they can also help level up your protein game! And for productivity, I TOTALLY FEEL YOU lol, i always have these waves of overproductivity and procrastination during the day lol

ahh thank you natalie!! yes i ask for an icy platinum blonde, more silver than blonde! my stylist bleaches and tones my hair first to platinum then silver :)
Glutes are my favourite thing to train - EVER! I probably recommend just in terms of glute growth - Hip Thrusts,, I usually tire them out in hip thrusts by doing 8-10 reps then pulses for 30 seconds (the burn is real) but the progress is sooo worth it :) :) Squats, Deadlifts, Bulgarian Split Squats + Sumo Squat, Hip Thrusts, Calf Raises for the burn. That is my split for a glute focused session. Hope that helps :):) Loving these videos - sooo entertaining :) Love from Australia

Dates are the best. If you haven’t tried bacon wrapped dates filled with goat cheese, you need to try it! So good!

You should try the Ratio protein yogurt. It's 20g protein per serving. I find them at Safeway, I think they have Safeways in Washington??
