Speaking of Devil's Plan, I told my boardgame group about it, and said that I was cheering for you, which made them ask about Go. I'm teaching a couple people tonight, so your appearance on the channel has spread the game a little more.
I've always been curious about Go, but it always felt like it was too late to learn it, since the community is so established and the game is so complex. I'm so glad that I found you and your channel through Devils Plan!! It feels a lot more accessible now, and your voice is so calming and reassuring. I'll be watching your videos during my study breaks
As an amateur, i considered this game as one of the best example of local vs global vision in a game. So inspiring to see how the goban seems big when you begin to play and becomes smaller and smaller as you improve. Thank you for reminding me this sensationnal game !
What a crazy game. To a new player like myself, what's amazing is how Lee Sedol is able to judge that giving up a broken ladder is worth getting the bottom right quadrant. Crazy intuition
Devil‘s Plan was super exciting. I would never have watched a vr show, if I didn’t see your community post about it and you participating 😅 Your German synchro sounds much deeper than your actual voice btw
Ah, i'm so happy that you are making this kind of content. It was amazing to hear you explain this story of the legend. Otherwise I would have never have known about the god move from 2003
At first glance, it looked like white had something in the bottom left at 11:33, but once pausing it looked like in trying to kill everything they got cut and entered into a losing semeai. Damn, very nice game.
@@MsStormdust Agreed. She was the biggest threat of the whole game. She would've won the whole thing, I'm sure. Seok-Jin knew it and that's why he eliminated her. That was his smartest move. I wish we could've seen her play longer. She has a brilliant mind. Def a fan after watching TDP.
It is these sorts of game explanations that give me brief glimpses into how superior some of these top players. Obviously many pros (most even?) are outstanding, but with the peak inside the brain to glimpse somewhat of their thinking it becomes visible (at least a little bit) how skilled they are (Lee Sedol is in this case)
It took me a few moments to understand why all the black stones in the bottom-left quarter of the board are not dead even though they only had one eye.
Hello, I'm new here because of Meijin vs Sai video, so much educate me as a new player who love Hikaru no Go, may i ask you to review Hikaru vs Yashiro in The Road to Hokuto Cup and Hikaru vs Chinese and Korean player in Hokuto Cup from manga Vol.22-23 ? I really wan't to hear pro player opinion about those match 🙏🏻

This game makes chess look like checkers. The more I learn to play, the more complex it becomes. I wish I lived in an area where people played.
I was cheering for you at The Devil's Plan!!!! Now I'm learning about Go and teaching my family.

Just saw Devils Plan and I was rooting for you because I respect go players.
They did you dirty by stealing your piece.

Bottom left is actually a seki. However, in order to have a chance, W had to kill everything and reduce top right. He failed at both, so he resigned.
Couldnt believe it when I saw you on Devils plan, you did well to reach episode 9!
She went to prison twice but didn't get to play blind Gomoku. She would have been great at that! I was cheering for you the whole time!
@@TylerProvick she would've smashed it honestly

I love this game, and also it's so good to see your face now and then🥰
Saw a couple reviews of this game before, but first time I completely understand it. Thanks for the good explanations!
That was really well explained!
That iss a true gem, thank you for showing it to us! 🙂

Hi! Whats about a continuation of 3-9 dan project? As far as i remember, at the last video you are about 6 dan only
thanks.
It is lucky that go does not involve any dice rolling! Haha
so lucky😆
guys you really should watch "The Genius" if you liked the devils plan. and i also recommend the signle's inferno saison 2
讲解得太好了,我爱你!
so nice!
divine move in his blood
more recently there is also Eric Yoder's broken ladder game :)
thank you!!!
you're amazing
In the end, isn’t Black all dead at the bottom left or is it some huge seki?
wow, this white group looks to be dead
Looks like seki
It's Seki
Good thing I didn't study joseki hard enough. It's all wrong! Haha.
简单讲就是通过活征多出了两个先手,而这两个先手吃掉了右边大龙,这个大龙价值比整个征子还大
🎉❤❤🎉
You have a really high pitched voice for a guy, almost sounds like a girl, I don't mind it though, it's unique.
I'm a girl
