I showed my wife the interior of the Pathfinder, Highlander and a Pilot. She liked the Nissan. I agree. Another video reviews the Highlander vs the Pathfinder. The Nissan was FWD against an AWD. Of course the Toyota is going to corner better. The Pathfinder held it’s own better than expected.
Great video Justin. I just bought the same one in Pearl White just a couple of weeks ago. It really is a nice vehicle. I tried the MB GLC and BMW X3, and really preferred the Nissan's value much more. The Pathfinder is much larger and practical. Don't get me wrong, those prestigious brands are amazing cars but to get the same features and options as the Pathfinder you'll pay at least $20,000 more for a smaller vehicle. Not worth it in my books.
Modern-day BMW or Mercedes means frequent trips to the dealership repair shop or to your preferred indy mechanic. Either way, whether it's more money out of your pocket or covered under warrenty, it's still a PITA for the inconvenience factor. Those brands are prestigious in name only anymore. The new Pathfinder model looks more like a RR/LR but with more peace of mind. I'm still driving around in my R51 Pathfinder which I prefer over the new model since it's more rugged like a truck, and I've had Land Rovers and BMWs before. Keyword: had
Agreed. The Pathfinder has the same features for way less. I like going to do maintenance on my car and it no costing an arm and a leg. I brought the 2022 Pathfinder SL premium it's greats its smooth, quiet and big enough to haul the family comfortably. I brought a silver colored one with black interior with tinted windows.
Nice review, especially on the standard drive power/acceleration section, I think they really focused on fuel economy in that area. But like you stated, put it in sport mode & away you go.
If it's like Nissan of the past it will get a solid refresh in 5 years that will amend any of the major flaws with the design or drive train. That will follow on with minor infotainment and bumper refreshes for 5-7 years after that until the next redesign. That's not necessarily a bad thing, sometimes sticking with what works is the best approach versus constantly refreshing and having more issues.
@@joloui2035 The Subaru Outback in not in the same class as the Pathfinder. Try comparing it to the Subaru Ascent, another 3 row SUV and I'm sure you will find that the Pathfinder offers much more and in a similar price range.
@@lchia68 Agree 100%. I have tested both and right now the PF is it for me. I would advise people to test the vehicles themselves when shopping as they may prefer different driving characters apart from just numbers on paper as this is subjective.
Lots of reviews of PF on TH-cam but this one is definitely among the very best. Thank you.

Now if nissan would only get rid of the cvts in the rogues how nice it would be😊

Great video! Lots of well organized info to filter through. 👍🏼👍🏼
How does it compare to the new Pilot in terms of AWD capability and NVH?
I want one such a nice vehicle with all the bells and whistles.

And 6,000 lb towing capacity on the upper trims with tow package.
GOOD REVIEW & GREAT CAR.
well detailed review.
Great, informative video Justin, just wondering if you had any plans to review a 2022 Kia Sorento in the near future?
284 ponies - not 248
Cómo hacer para parpadear las luces frontales
Can you test the 2022 Outlander's SAWC
Are these AWD or 4x4? Can I drive with just the rears with the option of 4x4?
4WD
Do rear windows open all the way ?
No, but they are one touch
so dark light

nice - the price is a bad joke though.
Its in Canadian dollars. One of the most price competitive vehicles in its class.
