Thank you for this video, I was upset and worried that my new machine was a Broken boxed gift. 1) the amount it makes is way less then pictures and diagram shows. 2) It is was noisier then my old Mr.Coffee Barista machine.
But after reviewing this video it was a relief to see and hear yours operating like mine.

Yea the specialty espresso drinks do not contain much liquid a double is less than 3 oz I believe! Definitely a little noisy but hey my drinks are really good!

I think you will. Just make sure not to overfill the port a filter or it’ll be a mess
@@zachdoesreviews I also got this for Christmas. One thing I'd like to add is that this particular machine REALLY brings out the flavor of the espresso! Of all of my espresso machines, this one let's ya know that there's great tasting espresso flavor that kind of "hides" with most of my other machines. Very impressed with the Chefman Barista Pro.

Thank you for sharing. I don't know how old this video is but it was one of the first ones I came across on how to. I really appreciate you thoroughly going over what to do. The one I bought it Walmart chef man is now $139 lol So from 99 to 139 is a little difference lol. But I'm already loving using it Thank you so much.
You’re welcome. Prices always seem to fluctuate but it was a good deal below $100 when I got it regardless it is still a great price for a pretty decent machine.

Awesome video! Just got mine for Christmas. One question if you don't mind. How many uses can you get out the coffe? Or are you suppose to clean it out and refill it with the grounds everytime you make a new shot or latte? I'm not sure if I'm making sense but I don't want to only get one shot every scoop.
Hey there! The shot whether it’s single or double is good for one use only. So you’ll have to prepare a new shot every drink! Get used to being a barista!
Depending on your coffee, my dislike about my new machine is the size of the quantity does not meet my normal cup size , so being a penny pincher I found I can run it 2x in a row under any function for a medium size , half coffee cup with extra froth and still have a very strong and delicious cup of Java! .

I like mine. It's a little loud but the first I've owned so I don't know the norm.
Espresso machines are usually noisy. If you go into a coffee bar listen for there’s next time and you can’t miss it.
I just got mine today and I cannot get all the shavings out of the machine. I’ve cleaned all the parts, ran over 20 cycles, clean cycles and still has little silver shavings in the bottom of the cup. Any tips?
Also, my double shot portafilter came without a little hole in the bottom so I can’t use that. 😩
The filter hole is so tiny you can’t see it that’s why there’s a ton a pressure to push the water through it. If you overfill the filter with espresso grinds it will jam into the grooves where you turn and lock the handle in. I learned the hard way to not to over fill it. If they are jammed in the grooves you have to essentially turn it upside and clean it out manually like I did

I got this today and I did the priming like it said on the sticker but did yours have some white powder or something come out when priming the unit for first time use? Also I plan to only leave enough milk in the tank for single use but how long can it stay for the day?
I don’t remember any substance coming out during the priming stage but remember milk is dairy and it has to be kept cold, so I would not leave it in there all day or else it will be spoiled milk
@@zachdoesreviews yeah I only put just enough for the cup I’m making but I flushed it a few times per instructions but then the quick start said to run an actual cappuccino cycle and it cleared it out. The clean cycle even on extra foam was still barely enough initially.
I just remove the frother and put it in the fridge when I have milk left....

We have our 2nd machine. First died within a year. This one is not is not working after maybe 4 months. When I turn it on the water begins coming through coffee before selecting. Unfortunately, we didn't save our receipt. Any ideas how to fix?
Oh wow sorry to hear that! So it sounds like it just does what it wants to do which is odd. I would suggest maybe reaching out to the manufacturer perhaps?
What size is the portafilter? Just in case I wanted to get a bottomless one
A single shot is about 1.75 ounces and a double is 3.25 ounces according to the book
My frother just stopped working today, yesterday it was still working. Even running Clean mode, it's not dispensing the water from the frother.. what do you think is the problem?
Do you have water in the water reservoir? If not the frothed will not work correctly.

maybe clogged ? . try cleaning the hole with a pin

Just got one for myself and the shots only pull from one side do you know how to go about fixing this?
look into espresso accessories. Uneven grounds can/will cause an uneven pour. Normally getting espresso needles to stir the grounds before tampering will help.
My drinks are so good out of it, but the drinks are not real hot. Is there a way i can fix rhat? Water us not cold, but obviously the milk is out if the fridge.
I pre-warm the cup in the microwave. Fill with water and microwave for 1 min.

No it is ground espresso only.

i bought one but it fills 25% of my mug so i have to go through the whole cycle twice just to get half of the mug filled. is this how it’s supposed to be??
yes, an espresso machine unlike a normal coffee drink an espresso drink is usually smaller. A shots is less than 2 ounces and a double is about 2.5 ounces. Meanwhile the latte is about 7 ounces. A bit different coffee drink if you are not used to it LOL

I have two questions if you don't mind?
1.) Whenever I use this and clean it after, I always feel like there is coffee/grinds getting trapped inside of the pressurized filter baskets. After I clean and rinse them if I shake them I can clearly hear liquid trapped in there. What are your thoughts on this? It's kept me from using it too often (again, even though I clean it) because I never feel like it's really CLEAN.
2.) Whenever I use the reservoir for milk, can I use flavored creamers instead, and just store them in the refrigerator inside of the reservoir?
I've asked a ton of places about question #1 and never received much feedback. I'm hoping you have some insight - if not it's perfectly fine though!

Hey there, I appreciate the view and the comment! You’re on to the right path about question 1 because when you think about it, there is high pressure pushing fluid through that capsule and it does trap liquid in there so I leave mine turned upside down on my counter drying rack. As for question number 2 I have used flavored creamers, they only thing is they don’t get really frothy if that makes sense so I tend to mix milk and coffee creamer and then put it in the milk Reservoir. Now, as for storing the leftover liquid from the milk, Reservoir, I wouldn’t recommend it because the metal tube can get funky leaving it exposed to air so what I do is whatever is left over in the Reservoir I pour into a storage container made out of glass and rinse out the milk Reservoir after use.
It’s not blinking! The heat water doesn’t come out! I’ll return it!

Why did you edit the sound of the coffee processing so it doesnt seem loud. We all know its louder than that. The sound of the frother was normal but you changed or reduced the sound of the coffee processing. Smh

If you don’t want froth then you would just choose the espresso option either single or double. The other options cappuccino and latte have milk in the recipe therefore requires the frother
